Community and village are the basic component units of the township,and many tasks to promote social development need to be implemented in the basic units.With the acceleration of digital city construction and the rapid development of information technology,the needs of citizens become more diversified.Due to the cumbersome procedures and low efficiency,the original township management system can not meet the requirements of the new era.How to combine the township management with information technology to form a new management model to improve the level of township management and service efficiency is worth studying.In view of the existing problems in the original township patrol management system,on the basis of analyzing the information needs of township potral management,combined with geographic information system(GIS),network communication,data visualization and other technologies,this paper establishes the internal relationship between foreign patrol and township management,and builds unified data models and network services.Based on the mobile terminal of Mobile GIS and PC terminal of Web GIS,it realizes the informatization and fine management of township affairs.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research of Mobile GIS and Web GIS based on workflow.Through analyzing the characteristics of workflow,the "work order approval workflow" is used as a bridge design two-end collaborative scheme connecting Mobile GIS and Web GIS platform,and the data storage and service collaborative design are completed,which provides the basic guarantee for the realization of the information management of township patrol.In view of the different electronic map used in the two terminal GIS platform,the coordinate conversion method is studied and the conversion accuracy is evaluated.(2)The research of regional distribution analysis algorithm of massive geographic data.To realize the informatization of township patrol management,the system is required to have the ability of data analysis.The heatmap and grid summary can analyze the regional distribution characteristics of patrol work sheets from the qualitative and quantitative views.By analyzing the data characteristics,an improved heatmap rendering algorithm based pixel is proposed to improve the rendering efficiency of massive geographic data.The grid generation algorithm and grid generation algorithm without overlapping and full coverage are studied.In order to improve the efficiency of data analysis,Web feature server(WFS)with filtering ability is constructed.(3)Research and development and verification of township patrol management system.Based on the study of the regional distribution characteristics analysis algorithm of massive geographic data and two terminal collaborative,this paper designs and develops the township inspection management system combined with the Vue JS mapbox,Geo Server,Web service and other development technologies,and verifies the reliability of the system by using the foreign patrol data of Huangdai town in Suzhou city.There are 64 figures,30 tables,and 89 references in this paper.
