In the environment of personalized customization,the change of customer requirements in the production stage happens from time to time,which leads to the inevitable change of product configuration scheme.According to the problem of the change of customer requirements in production stage,enterprises often lack of systematic response methods,resulting that the product configuration update results are more subjective,the efficiency of product configuration update is low,and enterprises are difficult to quickly response to customer requirements change and to reorganize production,thus resulting in a decline in customer satisfaction and even resulting in the loss of customers.Aiming at above problems,this paper comprehensively considers the characteristics of complex product and complex product configuration update,and studies the problem of complex product configuration update oriented by requirements change.The research contents are as follows:(1)Path optimization for complex product configuration update oriented by requirements change.Based on the problem of customer requirements change in the production stage,considering change propagation,change response impact and the characteristics of modular design of complex products,an impact analysis network of configuration change was constructed based on the complex network,and then the path optimization model of complex product configuration update is constructed with the goal of minimizing the impact intensity of change.Then,a penalty function is used to adjust the cumulative change impact intensity of cross-module propagation paths,so as to reduce the times of cross-module propagation and the collaborative change work between modules,thereby reducing the difficulty of complex product configuration update.Based on the improved ant colony algorithm,the path of product configuration update is selected according to the initial change of configurable unit caused by the change of customer requirements,so as to select the configurable units that need to be changed,which lays the foundation for the subsequent scheme optimization of product configuration update.(2)Scheme optimization for complex product configuration update oriented by customer requirements change.Aiming at the optional configuration items contained in the configurable unit to be changed,the customer satisfaction and product similarity of each optional configuration item to be selected were calculated,and the scheme optimization model of complex product configuration update is built to maximize customer satisfaction and product similarity.Finally,the model is solved by nondominant genetic algorithm based on elite strategy,and the optimal schemes of complex product configuration update are obtained.(3)Case study.The reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an example of customer requirements change in the production stage of a type of electric sanitation vehicles of N Company.In the path optimization stage of product configuration update,different product configuration update paths obtained under different penalty factors are discussed,and the product configuration update path with lower impact intensity and lower difficulty of product configuration update is finally determined.Then,the configurable units covered by the product configuration update path are reconfigured to optimize the schemes of product configuration update to maximize customer satisfaction and product similarity.In this paper,a configuration update method of complex product oriented by customer requirements change is proposed considering change propagation,change response impact and the characteristics of modular design of complex products.And it provides enterprises with a systematic method to response to customer requirements change in production stage,reducing the difficulty of complex product configuration update,improving the efficiency of complex product configuration update.It has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
