The family Lauxaniidae belongs to the superfamily Lauxanioidea in Diptera. It is an important ecological indicator. In this study, and 75 plates of 47 species,17 genera,2 subfamilies were obtained. The DNA from 145 speces of 20 genera are sequenced with 5 gene fragments(COI,12 Sr RNA,16 Sr RNA,28 Sr RNA,EF-1?).Based on morphological and molecular data, the phylogenetic relationships among different genera, species groups and species are analyzed with 205 species,20 genera,2 subfamilies. The aim is to provide a new clue for the identification of doubtful genera, break through the bottlenecks of morphological classification, and provide an important guarantee for the accurate identification and resource protection of flies in the practice. The main results are as follows:1.The COI gene has the most variable and parsimony-informative sites, and its average genetic distance is 0.2414,so it is most suitable to analyze the phylogenetic relationships among different genera, species and species of the family Lauxaniidae.2.The phylogenetic analysis among 205 species,20 genera,2 subfamilies of Lauxaniidae: the analysis of five fragment joint dataset shows that the genera Noeetomima and Trypetisoma, closely related to the genus Homoneura, should belong to the subfamily Lauxaniinae;the genus Minettia is monophyletic, but the genera Homoneura,Sapromyza and Lauxania are paraphyletic.3.The phylogenetic relationships among 11 species groups of the subgenus Homoneura show that the COI gene fragment is most suitable to the phylogenetic analysis;the number of wing spots between species groups shows a decreasing evolutionary trend by the phylogenetic analysis of 28 Sr RNA gene fragment;it is feasible to dividing the species of the subgenus Homoneura into different species groups mainly with the characteristics of wing spots and also combining with other morphological features.4.The morphological classification: three new species are new to science and 13 species are recorded for the first time, that is,Homoneura(Neohomoneura)triangulata sp.nov.,Homoneura(Neohomoneura)ninhbinhensis sp.nov.and Protrigonometopus acutidentatus sp.nov.,Cestrotus heteropterus,Homoneura(Homoneura)latissima,Homoneura(Homoneura)quinquevittata,Homoneura(Homoneura)notostigma,Homoneura(Homoneura)septentrionalis,Homoneura(Homoneura)noticomata,Homoneura(Neohomoneura)nigrobasis,Minettia(Frendelia)decussata,Luzonomyza sasakawai,Noonamyia umbrellata,Phobeticomyia lunifera,Shatalkinella ronkayi,Sciasmomyia supraorientalis.
