This article revised the known species and described the new species of subfamily Lauxaniinae and constructed a phylogenetic tree at the genus level based on the morphological data, and discussed the phylogenetic relationship. The results can greatly enrich the species diversity of Lauxaniinae and clarify the fauna composition, and have important significance for strengthening the conservation of lauxaniids resources in China.1.In this dissertation, fifteen species new to science and two species newly recorded to China, and six species newly record to different provinces and five known species of eleven genera of the subfamily Lauxaniinae are described.A new genus Speciosolauxania is established with a type species Speciosolauxania longisetosa sp.nov.A known species Trypetisoma(Trypaneoides)xii Li,Qi & Yang,2019 is transferred to the genus Noeetomima, that is,Noeetomima xii(Li,Qi & Yang,2019).And one species new to sciences, three species newly record and two known species to the provinces of the genera Homoneura and Cestrotus of the subfamily Homoneuriinae are described. The keys to separate genera and species are presented, genitalia of thirty-four species are illustrated, and the photographs of morphological characters of thirty-four species are integrated.2.The analysis of phylogenetic relationships among genera of Lauxaniinae shows that the genus Trypetisoma is closely related to Noeetomima, the genus Pachycerina is closely related to Melanopachycerina, and the genera Luzonomyza,Tetroxyrhina,Shatalkinella and Protrigonometopus keep the closest relationships. Both the genera Meiosimyza and Sapromyza are not monophyletic groups.3.The analysis of fauna composition of subfamily Lauxaniinae shows that In the Chinese geographical regions,Lauxaniinae from China belongs to in 7 regions of insect biogeographical regions, and it is the most abundant in the Central China region and the Southern China region. There are 10 genera and 38 species in the Central China region which account for 32.20% of the total and 9 genera and 57 species in the Southern China region which account for 48.31% of the total. The highest number of unique species distributed in the Southern China region accounting for 37.29% of the total, and The lowest number of unique species in the Qinghai-Tibet region accounting for 0.85% of the total.4.The results of the multicariate similarity clustering analysis of 118 species of the Chinese Lauxaniinae show that seven geographical regions can be clustered in different groups with different similarity coefficient. When the similarity coefficient is 0.1,three groups are clustered. One group includes the Northeast region, the Mengxin region, the Northern China region, the Southwest China region and the Qinghai-Tibet region, and another two groups respectively include the Central China region and the Southern China region. The total similarity coefficient of all seven geographical regions was 0.074.
