Technical and economic evaluation of mineral deposits is one of the important topics for the rational use of mineral resources,and provides a scientific basis for the rational use of mineral resources.This article designs and implements a technical and economic evaluation system for mineral deposits,which aims to provide decision support for the investment,construction,and production operations of mineral deposits.This article delves into the relevant theories related to the key issues of the system and investigates the front-end and back-end technologies involved in system development.The system's business requirements and processes are analyzed in detail,and the system's functional and non-functional requirements are summarized.This system is divided into ore deposit information management module,resource reserve estimation module,investment and cost estimation module,and economic benefit evaluation module.In order to estimate the reserves of the deposit,the system uses the three-dimensional block method to construct a three-dimensional model of the block based on the original exploration data,and then obtains the deposit reserve data by accumulating the block reserve data.In order to set a reasonable price of mineral products,based on the historical price data of mineral products,the system builds an LSTM neural network as a price prediction model,and uses genetic algorithms to realize automatic optimization of neural network hyperparameters.In order to evaluate the economic benefits of the deposit,the system first uses the sub-item investment method and the expansion index method to estimate the infrastructure investment,and then uses the sub-item accumulation method to calculate the unit ore cost,and finally calculates the net present value,internal recovery rate,and dynamic investment payback period.Economic benefit indicators.In order to assess the risk tolerance of the project,the system uses Sobol method to analyze the global sensitivity of the economic benefits of the deposit.The sample matrix generated by the Latin hypercube sampling method is used to calculate the sensitivity coefficient of uncertain factors through a series of matrix operations.The main functions of the system have been achieved and the expected goals have been achieved,which can better assist mine personnel in technical and economic evaluation of the deposit.
