Study On Flood Original Regulating Water Level Classification Of Danjiangkou Reservoir Based On Hydrometeorological Forecast Information

The shortage of water resources has seriously restricted the economic and social development of our country.The utilization of basin flood resources is one of the important ways to alleviate the shortage of water resources.The utilization of basin flood resources is mainly realized through the scientific operation of reservoirs,among which the design and operation of reservoir flood control level is a focus of reservoir operation.Flood limit water level can be divided in different periods,but also in the same period.In this paper,according to the hydrological and meteorological information in the sub flood season,the flood limit water level of the reservoir is further classified and designed,which can be precisely controlled according to multiple flood limit water levels in the sub flood season of the reservoir.Taking Danjiangkou Reservoir Basin as the research area,this paper analyzes the rainstorm characteristics,flood characteristics and weather system characteristics of historical typical floods in the reservoir basin,and obtains the genetic response relationship among them;Several typical floods are classified according to the response relationship among them;According to the current flood control regulation rules of the reservoir,the flood original regulating water levels of various types of floods are deduced,and the classification design and control method of the flood original regulating water levels of Danjiangkou Reservoir are put forward;Finally,the risk and benefit analysis of the flood original regulating water level classification control of Danjiangkou Reservoir is carried out,in order to improve the utilization rate of flood resources.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis on the necessity of the study on the classification of the flood original regulating water level.Based on the understanding of flood control and Xingli tasks of Danjiangkou reservoir,combined with the research of the existing flood resources utilization of the reservoir,the necessity of the study on the classification of the flood original regulating water level is analyzed comprehensively.(2)Feasibility analysis of the flood original regulating water level classification.The feasibility analysis of water level classification in flood season is based on the detailed analysis of the availability of weather system forecast information,the feasibility of typical flood classification,the difference of different typical flood regulation and the availability of classification data,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the flood original regulating water level classification of Danjiangkou Reservoir from the aspects of technology,research ideas and data acquisition.(3)The flood original regulating water level classification design of flood season.By studying the rainstorm characteristics,flood characteristics and weather system characteristics of several typical floods in Danjiangkou reservoir,the response relationship among them is obtained,and the typical floods are classified according to the response relationship;According to the current flood control regulation rules,the typical flood of each category is adjusted and calculated,and the corresponding the flood original regulating water level of each category is calculated.The lowest original regulating water level of each category of typical flood is taken as the corresponding the flood original regulating water level classification design value.(4)Classification control of water level from the flood original regulating.When there is moderate or more rainfall in a certain forecast period in the future,the water level of Danjiangkou reservoir will fall back to the flood original regulating water level corresponding to the type of rainstorm flood forecast as soon as possible through discharge,and the control method of the flood original regulating water level of Danjiangkou reservoir is put forward(5)Risk and benefit analysis of the flood original regulating water level classification control.This paper analyzes the reasons that may affect the flood control operation when the reservoir implementation of the flood original regulating water level classification control,and the measures to eliminate the adverse effects;At the same time,the benefits of power generation and water supply are analyzed and calculated due to the implementation of the flood original regulating water level classification control.
