An Empirical Study On The Performance Of Inner Mongolia's Financial Science And Technology Input Based On DEA Analysis

The development of science and technology is the foundation of a country,is the foundation of the national strength,for the country's economic development,it is an inexhaustible driving force.With the further development of new technology revolution,international competition has become increasingly fierce,and the international power balance has been profoundly adjusted.Science and technology have become the core of competition in the field of international competition.Investment in science and technology is regarded as the premise and foundation of science and technology innovation.Countries in the world is in constant increase investment in science and technology,in order to ensure the sustainable development of science and technology.My country is not exceptional also,also attaches great importance to science and technology.In this context,this article takes Inner Mongolia as the research object to analyze and research the performance of Inner Mongolia's financial investment in science and technology.This article firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,defines and elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis involved in the research on the performance evaluation of financial technology investment.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the scale and structure of my country's financial investment in science and technology,and then uses Data Envelopment Analysis Method(DEA)to construct a relevant indicator system and perform performance evaluation.The evaluation result is that the performance of Inner Mongolia's financial science and technology investment is relatively ineffective and needs to be added.Large investment in science and technology improves the level of financial investment in science and technology.Then it analyzes the problems of Inner Mongolia's fiscal technology investment performance,such as insufficient total fiscal technology investment,low investment in basic research fields,and low efficiency of fiscal technology input and output.Then,in response to the problem,the reasons for the low performance of Inner Mongolia's fiscal technology investment were analyzed.The reasons include: fiscal technology investment policies and regulations are not implemented,have not formed a stable investment mechanism,the fiscal technology investment structure is unreasonable,the government does not effectively play a guiding role,did not realize IndustryUniversity-Research Collaboration,have not perfect supporting services agencies and the financial technology investment funds lack effective supervision,immature financial technology investment performance evaluation system,lack of high-quality scientific and technological talents,and insufficient independent innovation capabilities.At last,combined with the analysis of the problems and reasons,it is proposed that Inner Mongolia should increase financial investment in science and technology,optimize the structure of financial science and technology investment,improve the Industry-University-Research Collaboration,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,improve the performance evaluation mechanism of financial science and technology investment,and strengthen the supervision of financial science and technology investment.The opinions and suggestions are hoped to provide reference for Inner Mongolia's financial science and technology work.
