Application Research Of Efficacy Coefficient Method In The Financial Performance Evaluation Of Lbx Pharmacy

In recent years,with the deepening of medical reform in the country,the supervision of pharmaceutical-related industries has become stricter and more standardized,and the process of survival of the inferior in the pharmaceutical retail market has accelerated.As one of the leading pharmaceutical retailers in China,LBX Pharmacy Group is very representative in the pharmaceutical retail industry.This paper introduces the efficacy coefficient method to evaluate the performance of LBX Pharmacy,which helps the enterprise to objectively understand the current situation of enterprise performance,adjust the business ideas of the enterprise,and improve the management level when the business environment changes.This article takes LBX Pharmacy as the research object,based on the financial data of LBX pharmacy from 2012 to 2017,adopts the efficacy coefficient method and the enterprise performance evaluation standard value 2017 prepared by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.As a reference,comprehensive medical retail industry and the actual situation of large pharmacies of ordinary people,re-select indicators and division weights,build a performance evaluation system,conduct longitudinal analysis of large pharmacies,and conduct horizontal comparative analysis with Yifeng Pharmacy in the same industry,pointing out problems in the business process and analyze the reasons.The results of longitudinal analysis show that the profitability index of LBX Pharmacy stayed around 0.8 between 2012 and 2017,indicating that the profitability remained stable and in a good level in the industry;its operational capability index remained near 0.6,indicating the operation.The ability is at the industry average level,and it is also the relatively weak part of the company's four major capabilities;the solvency index is in a volatile state,but always stays between the industry average and excellent value;the development capability index index as a whole shows an upward trend.A good score of 1.0 in 2017 shows that the company is developing strongly.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions for the analysis results: first,to control operating costs and seek new revenue growth points;second,to enhance inventory management,improve the speed of asset turnover;Third,pay attention to short-term financial risks and make rational use of financial leverage.The research carried out in this paper can reflect thefeasibility,accuracy and superiority of the efficacy coefficient method for the performance evaluation of pharmaceutical retail enterprises.On the other hand,the research process and conclusions of the article can provide the future development strategy and planning forLBX Pharmacy.A little reference can also make other domestic pharmaceutical retail enterprises learn from their own management.
