Geological disasters not only seriously threaten the safety of human life and property,but also restrict the sustainable development of mankind.The geological disaster risk assessment and management is an important part of disaster prevention and reduction research.Geological disasters occur frequently,Since the 21 st century,the Indonesia earthquake,the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan,the Chile earthquake,the Qinghai Yushu earthquake,the Japan earthquake,and the Ya'an Lushan earthquake have occurred in sequence.These earthquakes all have caused heavy casualties to varying degrees.Among them,the risk assessment of collapse-induced geological disasters caused by earthquakes has received great attention from countries around the world,and geological disaster risk assessment and management have become a research hotspot in disaster prevention and control.The research of geological disaster risk assessment system has achieved fruitful results,and the research of geological disaster risk management is relatively weak.In addition,the research Spot is mainly concentrated above the village and town scale,less for small-scale Spot of research.Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot is a national 5A level Scenic Spot with complex geological conditions.It belongs to the landform of structural denudation and river erosion cutting middle mountain valley.Geological disasters in the Scenic Spot seriously threaten the life and property safety of local residents and tourists.The "8·8" earthquake caused serious damage to the tourism landscape and infrastructure in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot.How to carry out a risk assessment of geological disasters in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot,and then put forward an accurate and systematic risk management system is imminent.The research object selected The Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot.Through the combination of satellite image map and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV),detailed field investigation were conducted for many times to obtain the data of damaged Spot of geological disaster in jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot,and analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of post-earthquake geological disaster collapse in jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot.By using AHP method and the combination of AHP and critic,the risk and vulnerability are evaluated by the weighted summation tool of Arc GIS,and the risk evaluation results are obtained by using the multiplication model,then the risk management and control mechanism of geological disaster in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot is formed according to the risk evaluation results.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the detailed investigation of the potential geological disaster points in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot after the earthquake,combined with satellite images and aerial photos of UAV,the statistics show that the potential geological disaster points in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot are mainly collapse.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the collapse geological disaster,the risk assessment factors are selected,and the weight of the assessment index is determined by AHP.The weight of the assessment index is superposed by the weight summation tool of Arc GIS,and the risk zoning of the collapse geological disaster in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot after the earthquake is obtained.(3)According to the tour route of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot,combined with the characteristics of the bearing body of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot,Use the combination of AHP and CRITIC to calculate the weight of evaluation index.Finally,through the weighted sum tool of Arc GIS of evaluation index stack,obtain the post-earthquake collapse disaster vulnerable zone of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot.(4)Using the multiplication model,the risk assessment results of the post earthquake collapse geological hazards in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot are obtained(5)According to the results of risk assessment,the overall prevention and control plan of post-earthquake collapse risk area is formed,the grid management system and monitoring and early warning system of geological disasters in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Spot are built,and the data updating and management practice is realized by combining the Internet of things,big data and other technologies.
