The rapid development of manufacturing technology has brought opportunities to the development of manufacturing,but also brought challenges.Manufacturing capability is the most direct determinant of manufacturing technology competition.The analysis and evaluation of manufacturing capability plays an extremely important role in the optimal scheduling of manufacturing production.In the manufacturing industry,the core is the production line.The production line is the most common production organization structure in the manufacturing system,so it is especially important to evaluate the manufacturing capacity of the production line.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out some related research on the evaluation of the manufacturing capacity of the production line,but almost all of the personnel reliability issues in manufacturing are ignored in the evaluation.It is assumed that the performance of personnel operations is absolutely reliable.However,the operator has uncertainty in the actual production process.Uncertain behavior often leads to human error.Therefore,in the process of manufacturing capability assessment,it is necessary to clarify the human cognitive process and the influence factors of human error,and to quantitatively analyze the human reliability in the manufacturing process,which will help us make a more accurate assessment of the manufacturing capability of the production line.This article takes the production line under the workshop system as the research object,and combines the human factor engineering theory to carry out a quantitative analysis of the human factor reliability in the manufacturing process.Based on this,it studies the dynamic evaluation method of multi-level manufacturing capability from unit level to production line level,and build a multi-level system manufacturing capacity dynamic evaluation system that considers human factors.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Construction of evaluation index system for production capacity of manufacturing line considering human factors.According to the existence form and granularity of manufacturing capability,a multi-level evaluation index system for the production line from the unit level to the production line level is constructed,and the manufacturing capability is evaluated and analyzed from multiple dimensions.At the same time,combined with human factors engineering theory,quantitative analysis of human factor reliability in manufacturing and production is introduced into the manufacturing capability evaluation system to make a more accurate assessment of manufacturing capability.It lays the foundation for the follow-up evaluation model establishment and evaluation method research.(2)Research on dynamic evaluation method of unit-level manufacturing capability based on information sensitivity.Aiming at the data dynamics of the manufacturing production unit operation process,indicators at different times have different importance to the evaluation object,and an objective weighting method combining indicator sensitivity and entropy weight method is proposed to solve the problem.The existing weighting method only considers the magnitude of the index's own data fluctuations,and ignores the importance of the evaluation index to the entire subject.The subjective weight established by the analytic hierarchy process is combined to obtain the combined weight of the final index.At the same time,evaluation and analysis of the human-caused behavior-forming factors are performed to obtain the human factor reliability of the unit,and it is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of the unit manufacturing capability.Aiming at the time series data in the evaluation,the time dimension factor combined with gray correlation analysis is used to perform a time series dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the unit manufacturing capability to obtain the production unit manufacturing capability index.The feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method are verified through an example analysis.(3)Research on dynamic evaluation method of manufacturing capability based on multi-objective optimization decision.Aiming at the contradiction and mutual constraint between the production line capacity decision objectives,a multi-unit cascade production line manufacturing capacity evaluation method based on objective optimization decisions was proposed.First,build a multi-unit cascading production line manufacturing capability evaluation model,and then use an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA II)to obtain a multi-objective optimization decision matrix,and then through improved interaction The multi-criteria decision-making method(TOmada de Decisao Integrativa e Multicritério,TODIM)comprehensively evaluates the manufacturing capacity of the production line,and finally verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method through a case analysis.(4)Design and implementation of dynamic evaluation system for manufacturing capacity of production line considering human factors.For workshop manufacturing,applying the evaluation model and dynamic evaluation method proposed in this article,based on Java Web technology,the implementation includes the overall system architecture design,data storage,and interface display,from task ordering,matching,and overall manufacturing capability evaluation.A complete set of manufacturing cell-to-line manufacturing capability assessment process was developed.
