Production line buffer area allocation(BAP)[1]is an important problem in production system optimization. The study of BAP problem usually takes the total buffer amount of the production line or the production line outout as a certain amount to solve the optimal cache under the objective of maximizing the outout or minimizing the total capacity of the buffer area.which is a single-objective problem under certain conditions The capacity allocation problem(CAP)[2]visualized the buffer zone on the conveyor belt, considered the variation range of the buffer capacity of the conveyor belt, and optimized the total buffer capacity of the conveyor belt with the main goal of maximizing output.Linear search analysis has not been used to solve CAP problem, and there are few researches on multi-objective conveyor belt cache optimization aiming at maximizing output, minimizing the total capacity of the cache area and minimizing the average ret ention time. With the continuous development and improvement of modeling and simulation technology,it provides important technical means for studying and solving the problem of buffer capacity allocation of conveyor belt in multi-objective production line.First of all,BAP and CAP are described and compared, and MCAP is proposed.Secondly, the objective model and optimization algorithm based on MCAP problem were proposed and designed to take into account such constraints as the change range of conveyor belt cache capacity, effective cache area of conveyor belt, conveyor belt and equipment, and workshop spacing. Then, the ASD general stretch production line was determined as the research object, the ASD production line was modeled and coupled with the relevant modeling software, and the production line simulation model was verified. Finally,ASD general drawing production line was selected as an example to carry out MCAP simulation optimization based on linear search analysis methoct and the optimization effect between CAP optimization algorithm and MCAP algorithm simulated, analyzed and compared.Research has shown that the simulation analysis of production line after the"potential bottlenecks"[3]the conveyor belt, cache capacity, prove its production output of the optimization goal and the average residence time is larger, the influence of conveyor belt.cache capacity and the relations of production were positively related, when the cache capacity increase to a certain output does not continue to improve; The relationship between the buffer capacity of the conveyor belt and the average retention time is negatively correlated When the buffer capacity increases to a certain level, the average retention time no longer decreases.Through the optimization algorithm and simulation of MCAP based on linear search analysis, the minimum set of total buffer capacity of the conveyor belt is obtained Through the simulation analysis of the production line model and the comparison of the effects before and after MCAP optimization,it was found that the production output increased by 12.02%and the average retention time decreased by 9.8%.Compared with the optimization effect of MCAP and CAP,the output of the production line was increased by 6.6%,the total buffer capacity of the conveyor belt was reduced by 18,and the average retention time was shortened by 5.1%.
