The technical efficiency of air pollution emission can directly measure the relationship between the economic value and the air pollution emission in the process of production.It can also contribute to keep balance between economic development and environmental protection.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been booming.the air pollution has become increasingly severe,which results in a serious impact on the quality of people's life.It is an urgent task to reduce air pollution emissions greatly and improve the technical efficiency of air pollution emission effectively.In this paper,the panel data comes from 13 industrial cities of China,The technical efficiency of air pollution emission Based on the dynamic stochastic frontier model.The research of technical efficiency of air pollution emission by Bayesian method.Firstly,select the appropriate prior distribution for each unknown parameters.Secondly,find out the distribution of unknown parameters,and sampling by Gibbs method.Lastly,the technical efficiency of air pollution emission analysis by the empirical distribution.research shows:(1)the primary industry,the tertiary Industry,the forest cover rate and the proportion of bachelor degree or above have a positive impact on the technical efficiency of air pollution emission,but the tertiary Industry and the proportion of bachelor degree or above have less affected.(2)the secondary industry have a negative impact on the technical efficiency of air pollution emission.(3)The technical efficiency of air pollution emission of Tian Jin,He Bei,Shan Xi,Hei Long Jiang,Shang Hai,Fu Jian,Shan Dong,He Nan,Hu Bei,Guang Dong have a rising state,the technical efficiency of air pollution emission of Liao Ning hasa slight fluctuation,the technical efficiency of air pollution emission of present a U-shaped state.The average technical efficiency of air pollution emission in the range of0.168-0.186,there is still much room to enhance the technical efficiency of air pollution emission in each provinces and cities.In this paper,a dynamic stochastic frontier model is established to investigate the technical efficiency of air pollution emission,which provides a new idea for exploring environmental efficiency,and has potential applications in studying the problems of environment protection and sustainable development.It can also provide theoretical reference for the government to launch instructive environmental policies according to the dynamic stochastic frontier analysis.
