In social life, game is a common phenomenon, from sociology, economics to power system, environmental protection and other engineering involved in the application of game theory. How to make individuals reach cooperation agreement in the process of group game and find out the optimal strategy is always a difficult problem in academia.Evolutionary game theory starts from basic theory, modeling analysis and simulation and has become a powerful framework to solve this problem, thus providing solutions to various social problems and dilemmas.Reputation refers to one person's reputation, credit, etc. An individual with a good reputation will influence the strategic choices of his or her neighbors with a greater probability. Therefore,it is of high importance to study the reputation. In this thesis, based on the complex network and the model of public goods game, agent modeling and simulation methods are used to explore the influence of group cooperation behavior when the game individual updates the reputation value,it takes comprehensive consideration from multiple perspectives. The main research and innovative works of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)The public goods game model considering the third-order reputation evaluation mechanism is proposed to investigated the influence of group cooperative behavior when updating one's own reputation value from three perspectives. In the process of game, the updating of individual reputation value should take into account his own strategy, his own reputation value and the reputation value of his opponent.According to the second-order reputation evaluation rules, four third-order reputation evaluation rules were proposed to improve the group cooperation level: Shunning,Image scoring,Stern judging and Simple standing. The strategy and reputation values for each individual in the group are updated asynchronously. The simulation results demonstrate that compared with the traditional model of public goods game, four kinds of reputation evaluation rules of third-order reputation evaluation model can improve the level of group cooperation.(2)On the basis of the third-order reputation evaluation model, the influence of the public goods game model taking the individual's past reputation into account is explored, and the current model increases the memory ability of the previous time step of the fourth-order reputation evaluation mechanism.Similarly, the fourth-order reputation evaluation model is added into the above four reputation evaluation rules and do a lot of simulation. The results indicate that compared with the traditional public goods game,Image scoring and Simple standing, which introduce the fourth-order reputation evaluation mechanism, can promote group cooperation level more obviously, and help to form the cooperative clusters to resist the invasion of the defector, while Shunning and Stern judging cannot obviously enhance the cooperation level.By comparing the third-order reputation model with the fourth-order reputation one,it is found that the fourth-order reputation evaluation model makes the group cooperation level decline under most evaluation rules. The results show that it is necessary to own the more information to obtain the optimal cooperation level when one individual is evaluated, since considering were factors may place a burden on an individual's memory capacity leading to information chaos. The current results prove that when evaluating individuals,we should consider the problem from a moderate perspective, and holding the more information does not lead to the higher cooperation level.
