The widespread cooperation phenomenon in human society has become a hot issue in biology,sociology,economics and other research fields.In recent years,researchers mainly use evolutionary game theory to model the process of selfish individuals' interaction,such as acquiring information,choosing behavior,imitating and learning,in a(unstructured)population,and study the evolution dynamics of cooperation and conditions of cooperation emerging.In real world,however,first of all,due to individual's cognition or ability limit,they are easily affected by the surrounded environment,so that modeling the interaction structure of population,and studying population structure's effects on cooperative behavior has become important problems.Secondly,"one for all,all for one",the phenomenon exists generally.Those who is ready to help others always susceptible to help others,so how to establish effective reputation mechanism based on indirect reciprocity,and promote the cooperative behavior and suppress betrayal behaviors is another important problem.Again,individual can hardly be familiar with all other people and the majority of interactions occur between the unfamiliar individuals when population size is big,so how to promote cooperation behavior in the case of anonymous or half anonymous is a difficult problem to be solved.Based on the three problems above,this paper combines the complex network and evolutionary game theory,and studies the dynamics process of individual behavior in complex networks evolution,so that proposes two kinds of mechanisms to promote cooperation behavior.The main research and achievements are as follows:Firstly,people in real world are easily affected by the surrounding environment,this paper introduces a spatial structure to several individuals' game,and models on the population interaction structure,and studies the three kinds of complex network structure's,grid networks,small-world networks and scale-free networks,influence on the population cooperation evolution.Extended simulations shows that complex networks can promote the evolution of cooperation,and find a phenomena different from past research: the ability to promote cooperation evolution of scale-free networks is instead weaker than the small world network in some cases.Secondly,aiming at the problems of how to effectively establish the reputation mechanism based on indirect reciprocity,and promote the cooperative behavior and curb the problem of betrayal,this paper introduces reputation mechanism and studies its impact on the population cooperation evolution respectively under the framework of donation game and public goods game.Simulation experiments verifies that reputation mechanism can promote the evolution of populations cooperation,but also find that reputation mechanism has some shortcomings in the anonymous and half anonymous environment.Finally,in view of problems of populations are difficult to evolve to cooperation in the cases of anonymous and half anonymous situations,this paper carries deep research on the framework of donation game and public goods game respectively.Under the donation game,this paper presents a suspicious strategy,and combines it with the coalition mechanism,and studies this method's influence on reputation spread and group cooperation.In public goods game,this paper proposes the reputation perception mechanism based on age and studies the method of reputation spread and the influence of group cooperation.Simulation experiments verifies that the two new methods put forward in this paper can effectively spread reputation,and promote the evolution of population cooperation with the help of reputation mechanism.
