Suspension cable spanning structures are very common in the field of oil pipelines as an important form of passage.In actual working conditions,they will be affected by irresistible external forces,especially in harsh environments,such as canyons and rivers,which are particularly vulnerable to wind vibration.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze wind-induced vibration response,safety risk assessment and reliability analysis of the suspended pipeline.This paper takes a domestic suspended pipeline as the research object,analyzes the wind-induced vibration response of pulsating wind(downwind,crosswind,and vertical wind)based on the inherent characteristics of the suspended pipeline,and then considers the weight value distribution to the suspended cable The pipeline carries out safety risk assessment.Finally,the reliability analysis of the suspended pipeline is based on the time-varying reliability theory.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Using MATLAB software to program the pulsating wind speed spectrum to obtain a pulsating wind speed value with a time history of 300 s.To break through the conservatism of the original formula,the wind gust response coefficient is introduced into the wind speed value conversion wind load value formula to obtain the wind load value corresponding to the wind speed value.,To provide data support for the later dynamic response analysis.(2)Useing ANSYS software to model the suspended pipeline,and then load the wind load to the node of the pipeline model to obtain the cloud distribution map of the pipeline stress based on the pulsating wind in the downwind,crosswind,and vertical wind directions.Curves and acceleration time history curves of mid-span nodes.(3)Based on the cloud model theory to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each method to determine the weight value.An improved method for determining the weight value based on the cloud model to the expert scoring method is proposed,which avoids the inaccurate judgment of the weight value by the subjective awareness of the original method Provide theoretical support for the analysis of the safety evaluation of the suspended cable pipelines.(4)The improved method of cloud model to determine the weight value by expert scoring method is combined with the Kent model,adding natural disaster factors and structural installation factors to the original model,and at the same time,the pipeline is evaluated in sections,and the results are proved to be more compared with the original method by examples For accuracy.(5)Based on the stress-strength interference model,the strength degradation curve of the suspension pipeline is drawn,and then the reliability analysis of the suspension pipeline is carried out based on the time-varying reliability theory.The single-variable method is used to determine the displacement value of the mid-span node of the suspension pipeline,and compared with the allowable displacement value,and finally the overall reliability is obtained.Using the characteristics of the cloud model,the characteristic value is re-given,and the reliability of the suspension pipeline is re-analyzed.The original single reliability value is converted into the reliability region value,which provides new ideas for reliability calculation and error analysis.
