Wind load calculation is estimated, not detailedly calculated in most condition, because wind load is about ten percent of all loads on ocean structure. It need to detailedly caculate wind load and analyse vibration ,taking into account fatigue and stabilization in structure. Wind load and fatigue shoud be thinked about when calculating intensity of the superstructure on the platform in addition. Some new sorts of structures coming forth with modern material and construction technic have big flexiblenness, small damp and light weight.AU of the loads they suffered from, wind load has an important even crucial status,so it is very necessary on ocean engineering for calculating wind load ang analysing vibration.Calculating wind load and analysing vibration have two methods, time area and frequency area. Method of time area can put up linear and non-linear analysia, reflect structure characteristic more directly, gain more information about fatigue, but calculating formula of time area is very complex and it is not fit for practical engineering; method of frequency area only can put up linear and linearization analyse, but it is widely applied for its simple caculation and fit for engineering precision. This paper making use of basic theory of wind engineering and stochastic vibration place emphases on discussing wind load calculation and vibration analysis on pole structure. It respective thinks about non-coupling and coupling on wind and structure. For the frontal, calculating load on structure use method of wind-induced vibration coefficient. For the latter, caculating wind pressure utilize Morison Equation, then gain response fuction on structure,at last carry through load calculation and wind-induced vibration analysis. After calculation satisfying result can be received and it has practicality for meet normal engineering precision.
