Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In Realization Of Energy Technology Ecologicalization

Considering the significance of ecologicalization of energy technology to the development of the world today,it is necessary to establish the important position of energy technology in economic and social development,and to re-examine the dialectical relationship between energy technology and ecological environment.With the unprecedented progress of energy technology,human beings have entered the industrial era to usher in the extreme development of productive forces,as well as the accelerated progress of socialization process,but also brought about increasingly serious ecological problems.The problems of ecological destruction,air pollution and greenhouse effect are closely related to the application of energy technology and energy consumption.As the core of energy development,energy technology is the basis of promoting energy security and ecological security,which makes the realization of ecologicalization of energy technology become an important driving force for the development of human society,nature and economy.Based on the present situation of energy technology development and the theory of technology ecology realization,this paper analyzes the problems in the realization of energy technology ecology and finds out the causes and countermeasures of the problems.In the realization of ecological energy technology is mainly restricted by the technical system level,social system level and natural system level.The technical system dimension is constrained by the lack of synergy between the types of energy technologies,between research institutions and R & D departments of energy enterprises,and between R & D departments of energy enterprises.At the social system level,the social instability factors hinder the ecological transformation of energy technology,the political game makes the ecological development of energy technology lack international support,and the new economic risk brought by the realization of ecological energy technology further restricts the realization of its ecologicalization.In addition,the ecological realization of energy technology in the natural system level will lead to new environmental pollution and ecological damage,and the unpredictable development of energy technology is the problem that hinders the realization of energy technology ecologicalization.Lack of culture,inadequate policy formulation and implementation,and the dilemma of technology research anddevelopment are the causes of the problems facing the ecological realization of energy technology.The prevalence and proliferation of technological optimism,instrumental rationality and consumerism in the cultural level;the improper investment of capital and the lack of system and evaluation system in the policy level;the lack of R & D level in the R & D level,the lack of ecological thinking and the lack of association between industry,university and research make the ecological realization of energy technology hindered.To deal with the above deficiencies,to solve the problems in the ecological realization of energy technology,it is necessary to put forward corresponding countermeasures against the shortcomings of culture,policy formulation and implementation,technology research and development.At the cultural level,we should not only pay attention to human subjectivity and the role of social environment in shaping technology to help people out of technological optimism,but also guide the ecological development of energy technology with value rationality and guide the correct concept of energy consumption.With the perfect policy and regulation constraints,a forward-looking ecological evaluation system of energy technology,and the correct investment to promote its ecological realization.At the level of technology research and development,we should construct the process of research and development with ecological thinking,enhance international exchange and talent training to improve the ability of technology research and development,and strengthen the interaction between industry,learning and research to promote the realization of energy technology ecology.
