The rapid development of China's e-commerce industry has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to China's logistics and express delivery industry recently.For the problem of "last-mile" logistics distribution,there are relatively rich industrial solutions in the field of terminal distribution,of which intelligent express cabinet is one form.Intelligent express cabinet operators with its intelligent terminal equipment as the core technology into terminal logistics field,the security and privacy makes it the "last mile" distribution in the forefront of intelligent solutions.At the same time,the appearance of intelligent express cabinet increases the complexity of customers to mail packages and delivery companies to deliver packages.In other words,when customers or express companies choose to use intelligent express cabinet to mail or deliver packages is a complicated problem that needs to consider many factors.And how to choose the best logistics service strategy to attract more users to use the express cabinet is a new problem that deserves our attention.This paper studies logistics service of the intelligent express cabinet platform in the"last mile" logistics distribution.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)According to the existing research results,it is rarely considered that customers and express companies are faced with the complex decision-making behavior of "intelligent express cabinet" mode and "door-to-door" mode at the same time,and puts forward logistics service optimization of intelligent express cabinet platform in the "last-mile" logistics distribution,to study the logistics service of optimizing the total surplus of consumers,express companies and platform profit after the intelligent express cabinet was introduced into the market.(2)This paper combines the Hotelling competition model to construct the demand function of customers in the "last-mile" package delivery and express company-deliveryman in the"last-mile" package delivery under different modes.Then,through constructing the profit maximization model of the intelligent express cabinet platform and the express company with no advertisers joining and having the advertisers joining mode.the solution is to determine the optimal unpacking fee,the optimal share that the platform wants to receive from the collected customer express fee,and the optimal share that the express company wants to receive from the collected customer express fee under the mode of without and with advertisers and the optimal advertising fee.And compare and analyze the optimal total consumer surplus obtained by the customer's mailing package under the two mailing mode choices,and the optimal profit obtained by the courier company to deliver the parcel under the two component mode selection.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the optimal cost,the optimal market demand and the optimal profit in the mode with and without advertisers,the paper discusses which mode should be adopted by customers to obtain the optimal total surplus,which mode should be adopted by express companies to obtain the optimal profit,and the optimal logistics service solution should be adopted by the intelligent express cabinet platform;The conditions and management enlightenment for customers and third-party express companies to solve the "last-mile" logistics distribution problem by using intelligent express cabinets are given,as well as the optimal logistics service solution of the intelligent express cabinet platform.This paper studies logistics service optimization of intelligent express cabinet platform in the "last mile" logistics distribution.In addition,it provides certain guidance significance for customers to choose the mode of mailing parcel and deliverymen to send parcel,as well as the operation and management of the platform and express companies in the "last mile" logistics distribution service,and provide the management ideas and methods for practical application.
