With the increasing demand for express service in the new service industries such as ecommerce and online shopping,the role of express delivery in economic and social development in the service of production and people's livelihood is increasing.The problem of rapid growth of express delivery service is the contradiction between the shortage of express service ability and the demand for delivery efficiency and service level of express delivery is constantly improving.The important problems of the express industry needs to solve urgently in our country,is the delivery network optimization and management lags behind the pace of the growing express business,especially the problem of "the last kilometer" has not been effectively solved,the express delivery mode needs to be improved.To solve the problems existing in the express delivery system,the optimization problemof express delivery network based on the express cabinet,the optimal configuration of the number of different specifications of the express cabinet and the optimization of delivery vehicle routing based on express cabinet are described as mathematical models and be solved by designing algorithms,and then the dynamic dispatching system and its optimization method based on the vision mode are proposed.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization research of express delivery system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The optimization problem of express delivery network layout is studied.Firstly,the location layout of express delivery center is carried out,and the grey clustering evaluation model based on the triangle whiten weight function is adopted to get the optimal solution.Next,the location plan of express cabinet layout is determined according to the service scope of each delivery center,through consideration of factors such as delivery cost and customer cost,a mathematical programming model is constructed,and two algorithms with three stages are used to solve the model,and the best location of express cabinet and the service customers division scheme is obtained,which forms the terminal delivery network including the delivery center and express cabinet.Based on the optimization research of the location,layout of express delivery center and express cabinet,the decision support is provided for the reasonable layout of the delivery terminal network based on express cabinet.(2)The optimal configuration of different specifications quantity of the express cabinet is studied.Considering uncertain factors such as the uncertain delivery quantity demand,not sure storage time of parcel,different specifications proportion of parcels and many batches delivery requirements in every day,the optimization model is established.Then the particle swarm algorithm and the tabu search algorithm are integrated and improved to solve the model,and sensitivity analysis is carried out to find the sensitive factors that affect the optimal scheme.By obtaining the optimal quantity allocation scheme of the cabinet,the resource shortage or idle condition of the cabinet due to the inappropriate quantity of cabinet is solved.(3)The optimization of delivery vehicle routing based on express cabinet is studied.For a specific delivery task,a mathematical programming model is established considering the delivery customer demand of diversity and dynamism,and the general genetic algorithm is improved to solve the model according to the disadvantages of general genetic algorithm.Firstly,the optimal initial population is obtained by heuristic method.Secondly,combining the mechanism of cellular automata with the basic principle of genetic algorithm to design the operator and become cellular genetic algorithm.In crossover and mutation operations,two-operation method is proposed,in this method,the express cabinet with its serviced customer points are defined as a "unit",separately execute the first crossover/mutation operation with the "unit" as the smallest operation unit,and execute the second operation inside the "unit",the algorithm can improve the speed to solve the model,and improve the quality of the solution.Finally,the currier delivery vehicle routing optimization problem based on express cabinet is solved and the optimal solution is obtained.(4)The future service innovation of express delivery is studied according to the development trend of mobile phone positioning technology.A dynamic express delivery system and delivery method are designed,by using the system,people's travel trajectories are gained by using mobile phone positioning and tracking system module and geographic information system,then calculated by the center server to find out the auxiliary couriers and official couriers that match with recipients in time and place,and develop dynamic delivery scheme,assist the courier company to carry on the task assignment,then achieve the purpose of dynamic delivery.Through the optimization research on express delivery network and delivery mode based on the express cabinet and its implementation and application,optimize the express logistics system,further improve the delivery service level,and strengthen the effect of express promotes to economic development.
