With the continuous improvement of industrial informatization level,the requirements of the manufacturing industry on the quality and service level of copper strip products have been constantly improved.Two crucial problems need to be solved efficitively.One is automatically matching inventory according to customer order and factory.The other is preparation of production scheduling meeting the process constraints and production requirements.In this thesis,the order matching problem and the production scheduling problem of copper strip product are studied.The main work is as follows:(1)For product inventory and order matching problem of copper strip,two type of problem is consideredbased on practice demand.In the first type,the inventory material can not be cut.While in the second type,the inventory material can be cut.We propose mathematical programming models for cutting and non-cutting materials respectively.Aiming at the order matching problem of non-cuttingmaterials,a 0-1 programming model is studied to minimize production cost.To deal with the order matching problem of cutting materials,a mixed integer programming model is proposed to maximize the saved cost by order matching.The accuracy and validity of the models were verified by CPLEX experiment using several practical cases.(2)For the production scheduling problem of copper strip,combining with the experience of the planners,a dynamic priority algorithm is designed to carry out heuristic production scheduling.The effect of the algorithm under different strategies is analyzed by several design cases,the accuracy and validity of the algorithm were verified through several practical cases.The results show that this algorithm can effectively solve the problem of actual production scheduling.(3)Based on the above models and algorithm,an integrated system of order matching and production scheduling is developed.It can be used to realize the integration of management from customer order to product delivery.Both the inventory cost and production cost of enterprises will be reduced.
