As the development of the steel industry,the steel market has gradually developed from past single-variety,large-batches demand mode to mutiple-varieties,small-batch,and characteristic one,and the customer requirements have been more and more diversification.However,the steel production process is semi continuous,batch production process,and the process should not only satisfy the mutiple-varieties,small-batch,characteristic needs,but also meet the smallest unit of processing capacity.The conflict between customers'demand and production mode result in the fact that the actual production exceeds the demand,which can generate non-order slab.Non-order slab will not only waste inventory and funds,but also increase the production cost of steel industry.Aiming at solving the problem of non-order slab problem in the steel industry,three optimal programing models are established.The first two aim at the best profit of industry and the last one aims at the greatest priority of the matched orders and non-order slabs.The main research contents are as follows:1)Based on the actual demand of steel industry,a 0-1 integer programming model is proposed,whose objective is to minimize the matching cost between the remaining materials and the orders.In this model,one material is allowed to be cut into pieces.2)According to the actual demand of steel industry,we put forward a material-order matching problem with the goal to maximize the benefits of industry.In this problem,the smallest unit of material is not allowed to be cut any more.Based on this problem,a 0-1 integer programming model is established to minimize the matching cost between the orders and non-order slabs.3)As there will be inserting orders or urgent orders frequently,a 0-1 integer programming model based on the priority of the orders and slabs is established to maximize the matching priority.When there is an urgent order or high-priority order or early-delivery order,we should give priority to these orders.In the same way,if there are over-age material or high-age material,we should use these material as soon as possible.According to the three models above,we solved the problems by CPLEX,and designed and developed a system which can effectively optimize the matching quality of orders and slabs.The system not only can improve the utilization of slabs,reduce the inventory cost,besides,can reduce the production cost,and maximize the benefit of the steel industry.
