Aiming at long-term use of chemical fertilizers in the production area of Ningxia wolfberry,resulting in soil compaction?pollution?decreased production capacity and frequent occurrence of wolfberry diseases and insect pests,the 5-year-old "Ningqi No.1" was selected as the research object,and the field location experiment was carried out to input the modification in the soil.Biomass charcoal,explore the influence of modified biomass charcoal input on the soil structure and the comprehensive characteristics of wolfberry medicinal quality,establish a correlation system between soil nutrients and medicinal quality of wolfberry,provide for the improvement of soil and the sustainable development of the Ningxia berry industry The theoretical basis and practical guidance,the main research results are as follows:(1)The addition of modified biomass charcoal to the soil can effectively improve the stability of soil aggregates and increase the proportion of soil large aggregates.After the modified biomass charcoal was input into the soil,the particle size of<0.25 mm showed a downward trend compared with the control treatment,and the soil aggregates of the particle size of>0.25 mm increased significantly with the increase of the amount of modified biomass charcoal compared with the control treatment.The average soil mass diameter(WMD)was significantly higher than the control treatment,while the aggregate destruction rate(PAD)and soil unstable aggregate index(ELT)decreased with the increase of the modified biomass carbon addition.The addition of two modified biomass carbons to the soil increased the soil organic carbon(SOC),microbial biomass carbon(MBC),and dissolved organic carbon(DOC)content.Input the concentration gradient of modified biomass carbon and organic carbon,The amount of microbial carbon and the content of dissolved organic carbon are positively correlated,and the 5%treatment effect modified by ferric ion is the best.(2)When the modified biomass charcoal was input into the soil,the soil bulk density was lower than that of the control treatment.In the two-layer soil,the soil bulk density of the 5%modified biomass charcoal modified by chitosan and ferric ions decreased the most significantly Compared with the control treatment,the soil moisture content increased by 33.33%and 35.47%respectively.The soil moisture content increased with the increase of the modified biomass charcoal.The increase rate of the 5%treatment with the addition of ferrous ions was 84.75%compared with the control treatment.-170.56%,it can be seen that the bivalent iron ion modified biomass carbon has the best effect.(3)The total nutrients and available nutrients of the soil generally show an upward trend with the increase of the amount of modified biomass charcoal.Compared with the two types of modified biomass charcoal,the content of bivalent iron ions Modified biomass charcoal is better than chitosan-modified biomass charcoal.The content of available nutrients and total nutrient content of bivalent iron-modified biomass charcoal are both higher than that of chitosan-modified biomass charcoal,with an average increase of 2.23%-4.35%;At the same time,the pH value of the soil treated with modified biomass charcoal increased compared with the control treatment,and the electrical conductivity increased with the increase of the amount of biomass charcoal added.Biomass charcoal modified by adding divalent iron ions The effect is better than the treatment of chitosan modified biomass charcoal.(4)The content of lycium barbarum polysaccharides,betaine,total flavonoids,taurine,and amino acids by adding modified biomass charcoal to the soil increased compared with the control treatment,and the effect of bivalent iron ion modified biomass charcoal was better than that of chitosan Modified biomass charcoal,but when the modified biomass charcoal reaches a threshold,the medicinal quality content of wolfberry will not increase,but it inhibits the increase in content.The 3%treatment of ferric ion-modified biomass charcoal is the best.Through the establishment of a positive correlation analysis,soil nutrient indicators and the medicinal quality indicators of Lycium barbarum,soil carbon components and the medicinal quality of Lycium barbarum,as a whole,there is a positive correlation between soil nutrients and the medicinal quality of Lycium barbarum,amino acids and the whole The maximum correlation coefficient of nitrogen is 0.695,indicating that soil nutrients are conducive to the improvement of the medicinal quality of Lycium barbarum.
