As the economic, social and urbanization process continues to accelerate,it promotes the concentration of population and industry in small towns, and also makes the land use in small towns change dramatically.Indirectly,it affects the development of the region. In a situation where land resources are tight, the conflict between people and land is prominent, and arable land is decreasing rapidly, the rational and scientific use of land can effectively promote high-quality socio-economic development. This paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of land use types and Ecosystem Service Value(ESV)in Xuanhua District,Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province,as an example. Also,to explore the effect of land use change on ESV,the relationship between the two was analyzed using gray correlation. Finally, with the goal of maximizing the benefits of the regional system,a mathematical model is constructed to couple the economic and ecological benefits, combined with the GeoSOS-FLUS model,in order to achieve the optimization of land use.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the remote sensing image interpretation data, the land use changes and their distribution characteristics in Xuanhua District from 2007 to 2015 were analyzed. The study shows that from 2007 to 2019,the land use types in Xuanhua District are mainly forest land, arable land and grassland, accounting for 36.81%,29.07% and 19.30% respectively, with a total of 85.18%,and the number of land use shows a trend of "three increases, three decreases and one fluctuation".In terms of overall distribution, the elevation difference in Xuanhua District is more obvious, with mainly arable land and construction land in the lower elevations. The distribution pattern of land use types from low to high altitude areas is roughly from arable land to forest land.(2)Assessment of ESV in Xuanhua District. To further analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of ESV and its relationship with land use change,Moran' s I and LISA agglomerative maps were used to do spatial autocorrelation analysis of ESV in Xuanhua district, and gray correlation was used to analyze the correlation between ESV and land use change. The study showed that the overall ESV of Xuanhua District showed an increase from2007 to 2019,with a total increase of 165,531,600 RMB.The ESV of forest land was always the highest in different periods, accounting for more than 58% of the ESV in Xuanhua District. This is followed by cropland and garden land, and these three ecosystem types provide more than 87% of the district's ESV.From the distribution of ESV,the areas with higher ESV are mainly located in the higher altitude mountainous areas, because there are large areas of forested land.the ESV shows an obvious spatial clustering trend with strong spatial correlation, but its correlation is gradually weakening. The mean values of gray correlation coefficients between different types of land areas and ESV during the study period were from high to low: forest land > garden land > grassland > cropland > construction land > unused land > water area, and the mean values of correlation coefficients between water area and unused land and ecosystem service value were relatively small.(3)Conduct land use optimization. With ecological priority and green development-oriented high-quality development as the optimization goal, the goal of maximizing ecological benefits and maximizing economic benefits are coupled into a composite system for land use quantity structure optimization. The GMDP model was established and coupled with the GeoSOS-FLUS model to optimize the spatial layout of land use under the constraints of quantity optimization. The study showed that the ESV of Xuanhua District increased by 0.09% after optimization. The mapping of the layout optimization simulation shows that the increased construction land is mainly due to the conversion of cropland, and the areas of increased construction land are mainly distributed in the areas near the towns and cities, which are connected to the existing construction land in patches.Except for the water area, all the other sites are converted to construction land to some extent. The interconversion between grassland and woodland is mainly due to the conversion of grassland to woodland.
