With the increasing demand for fresh water,seawater desalination technology has developed rapidly.my country's seawater desalination technology is dominated by low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination technology.Most domestic low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination devices are combined with thermal power units,and use steam turbine extraction steam as the working steam of the desalination system to realize co-generation of hydropower.With the rapid development of new energy power generation,Thermal power generation is facing a huge impact.Since the current desalination systems are mostly working modes with TVC devices,Thermal power generation is facing a huge impact.Since the current desalination systems are mostly working modes with TVC devices,the deep peak shaving of thermal power units will seriously affect the normal operation of the seawater desalination system.Therefore,performance analysis and flexibility optimization for the seawater desalination system are very necessary.This paper takes a 10,000-ton/day seawater desalination device in a power plant in Hebei as an example,uses the balance relationship between heat balance and material balance to establish a physical model of the desalination system under design conditions,and fully grasps the working principle and process of the desalination system Process;use the operating data of the desalination system to build a BP neural network model,use the BP neural network model to analyze the characteristics of the desalination system under variable conditions,study the impact of typical parameters on the desalination system,and explore the energy saving of the desalination system Point,put forward a comprehensive optimization plan.After calculation and analysis,the optimization scheme proposed in this paper can increase the water production capacity of the desalination system by about 58t/h when the first effect parameters are fixed.This improves the operational flexibility of the desalination system,and provides a certain reference for the energy-saving analysis and optimization of the desalination system coupled with the thermal power unit.
