The combined heat and power system has obvious energy saving benefit, but there is a matching problem of the pump-out pressure with that of the MED equipment in it. While the problem cannot be well solved by the existing thermal vapor compressor, in addition, it makes the system expending more energy with its low efficiency. This article targeted at the low-temperature multi-effect distillation system of HuangHua power plant, and proposed a script proposal, that the TVC could be replaced by applying small turbine and multi-stage compressor together. We make a first-step design of multi-stage compressor and turbine in the script proposal, encode corresponding computer processes, and counter the main index of compressor, in order to prepare for further practice of the proposal and development of the device. On this basis, we make a junior systematic and technology-economic analysis to the script proposal.
