The large-scale development of livestock and poultry breeding in China has increased significantly, but the application and discharge of livestock manure without fermentation caused by centralized management mode has increased the pressure of environmental pollution. The problem of organic manure pollution of livestock and poultry has been reported from time to time, which aggravates the soil environmental pollution, and a large number of polluted soil cannot be treated. As an efficient conversion agent,Hermetia illucens can make full use of its own function to treat organic waste, realize the effective conversion of resources and the remediation of ecological environment pollution. In this study, the content of N,S,P,H,organic matter and metal elements in the soil polluted by Hermetia illucens manure were studied. The changes of potential harmful microbial flora before and after the treatment were analyzed by high-throughput method, and the antibacterial activity of antimicrobial peptides against fecal pathogens was tested.(1)The results showed that SOD,POD and MDA in the antioxidant system increased,CAT and soluble protein decreased, and the average mortality rate was 32.5%.The polluted soil caused oxidative stress and affected the survival of Hermetia illucens.(2)The results showed that the concentrations of Pb,Cd and as in the contaminated soil decreased gradually with the extension of time in the 10 day treatment process, and decreased by46.3%,57.1% and 27.4% respectively on the 10 th day compared with the initial treatment. The bioavailability of Cd and Pb is high, and they are easy to be acquired and accumulated by the Hermetia illucens. It is speculated that Cd and Pb are favorable for their migration and transformation in the Hermetia illucens. The accumulation and transformation of heavy metals Zn and Cu were the lowest, but the reduction effect was not significant.(3)The contents of SOM,N,S,H and P in the soil were decreased by 17.6%,39%,31.8%,28.9% and 15.8% at the end of 10 days, respectively. The contents of C,N,P,S and H in the control group were lower than those in the treatment group.(4)Compared with the control group,67.9% of the bacteria in the infected soil decreased or disappeared. The intestinal flora of the Hermetia illucens group was significantly different from the other two groups. The abundance of Firmicutes in the Hermetia illucens group was the highest, and Bacteroides mainly existed in the treated soil,The abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroides in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the distribution of Actinomycetes in the treatment group was 65% lower than that in the control group. The reduced bacteria in the treatment group were mainly Flavobacterium,Chryseobacterium,Cytophaga,Cellvibio, etc. The metabolic function gene pathway of Hermetia illucens group has many prominent and active metabolic functions, such as amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, cofactors and vitamins, terpenoids and polyketides.Amino acid synthesis, cofactor, electron transporter, vitamin synthesis, fatty acid and lipid synthesis.Nucleic acid degradation, secondary metabolite degradation, carbohydrate degradation, fermentation, glycolysis, tricarboxylic acid cycle, respiratory process,etc.(5)The results showed that Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Enterobacter cloacae,Salmonella typhi B and Enterococcus faecalis had good antibacterial activity.
