1 Studied the temperature adaptability of black soldier fly larvae(Hermetia illucens L.),discussed the influence of temperature on the larvae hatch rate,larval weight,larval stage and the changes of prepupa duration respectively.The results show that in the larvae hatch stage,the incubation time shorten as the temperature rises,but the temperature is too low(26 ?)or too high(34 ?)can reduce hatchability,and incubation temperature 32 ?,hatching rate is maximum,the incubation period is 56 h;when the environment temperature is 28 ?,the black soldier fly larvae survival rate reached the highest(98%),growth rate of larval weight reached the highest(14 d),prepupa duration reached the shortest(11.3 ±0.58 d),the quality of the pupa reached the biggest(13.64±0.06 g / 100),the length of the pupa reached the longest(19.50±0.20 mm).When the environment temperature is higher than 28 ?,tend to shorten development time,biomass accumulation tend to be decreased;and when the environment temperature is less than 28 ?,the larvae growth significantly prolonged,the biomass accumulation has not increased significantly.From what has been discussed above,the optimum temperature of larvae hatch is 32?,the optimum temperature of larval growth and development is 28 ?.2 The salt and pepper alkali in feed and feed ph's influence on the growth and development of black soldier fly.Analyze the larval duration,adult larvae weight,body weight change rate and eclosion rate,the results show that the high salt content feed can significantly affect the growth and development of black soldier fly larvae,and the quality of the feed in salt concentration was 2%,4% and 6%,the survival rate of black soldier fly larvae were no significant differences,biomass accumulation and long pupa will extend as concentration increased,but the development time when feed in salt mass concentration of 8%,black soldier fly can't complete its development cycle,all have to prepupal stage were be killed.The experiment set up five spiciness gradient(2 mg/kg,4 mg/kg,6 mg/kg,8 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg),the results showed: under the different degree,black soldier fly's survival rate,long development period,biomass accumulation,pupa were no significant differences.In pH gradient(3,5,7,9,11)experiments found that black soldier fly larvae of strong alkaline environment resistance is stronger,when the pH is 11 will also be able to develop into normal pupa,and achieve maximum biological accumulation,when feed pH value of 3,only 55% of the larvae pupate,but can not succeed the pupa eclosion,display the black soldier fly's growth and development of feed pH response has significant asymmetry.
