Evolution And Optimization Of Urban Functional Spatial Structure Based On Multi-source Data

Urban is one of the areas with the strongest interaction between Human-land is most intense.In the context of high-quality development,China's urban functional space has begun to transform from extensive "incremental expansion" to refined "inventory optimization".It is important to clarify the spatial distribution characteristics,evolution rules and structural patterns of urban functional space to guide the sustainable development of urban.Based on multi-source data such as POI data,remote sensing image data,baidu heat map data,road network data,and traditional statistical data,this paper uses a variety of spatial analysis methods and models through a reasonable establishment of a urban function classification system.Furthermore it also empirical analysis on evolution characteristics and activity intensity of each functional spatial structure in Jinan,summarize its evolution mechanism,analyze existing problems,and proposes systematic optimization countermeasures.The research explores the conclusions are as follows:The functional spatial structure of different types of urban in Jinan presents the following characteristics of evolution:(1)In the evolution of the spatial structure of urban life functions,the residential function elements have significant agglomeration characteristics,evolving from "small agglomeration and large dispersion" to "large agglomeration and large dispersion";the functional elements of public management and public service have a stable "core-periphery" circle-layered decreasing structure;The functional elements of leisure and entertainment have the structural characteristics of "the core is dense,the middle is sparse and the outside is scattered";Among the functional elements of travel security,bus stations and parking lots tend to be perfected,and the road network structure needs to be optimized urgently.(2)In the evolution of urban production function space structure,the functional elements of industrial production shifted to the periphery of urban areas,which evolved from "small agglomeration and small dispersion" to "small agglomeration and large dispersion";the functional elements of business service industry have obvious hierarchical structure,which evolves from "central agglomeration-peripheral decentralization" to "central contigous agglomeration-peripheral block agglomeration";the functional elements of the financial business industry have tended to be concentrated and distributed in recent years.(3)In the evolution of the spatial structure of urban ecological functions,the spatial complexity of the natural green space landscape pattern has been weakened,and its the degree of spatial agglomeration has increased,moreover,and the water has not changed significantly.(4)In the evolution of urban spatial structure based on multiple functions,composite functional areas have obvious agglomeration characteristics,which type of composite functions has changed from a residential type to a commercial type,and the urban living and productive functions are prominent.The activity intensity of Jinan's urban functional space has obvious temporal changes and spatial distribution characteristics.The current urban functional space structure has developed into a structural system of "four-level functional center-hierarchical development axis-multiple development areas".Specifically :(1)The intensity of urban functional space activity within a week has obvious "rhythm" characteristics in terms of time series change;the area with high activity intensity during the working day shows an elongated "M" type change of "steep rise-slow rise-slow fall-slow rise-steep fall";the rest days show a flat "M" change trend of "steep rise-slow fall-slow rise-steep fall".(2)The high-value area of urban functional space activity intensity shows the spatial evolution trend of "cluster surrounding-continuous equilibrium-linear gathering-multipoint divergence" during working days;there are significant differences between rest days and working days,which show a trend of "point-like agglomeration-linear development-sustained equilibrium-cluster contraction".(3)The spatial activity intensity of different urban functions is obviously different.The activity intensity of the same type of functional space also has obvious changes within a week or a day.Workplaces have dominant characteristics during the day;commercial places and the surrounding areas of universities have dominant characteristics at night.(4)The current urban functional space of Jinan still shows a significant "single center" spatial structure,and some areas are out of touch with the development of the center and urban planning.(5)The evolution of the functional space structure is affected by the multi-party game and interaction of natural background,historical development,market economy,government planning,social culture and other factors.Combined with the evolution process of urban function space,the characteristics of activity intensity and the comparison with the requirements of urban planning,there are still some problems in the urban function space structure of Jinan,which are mainly reflected in the internal and external disequilibrium between urban functional elements and facilities and the activity intensity that is strong at the center and weak at the edge;imbalance between partial functional space planning and development reality;Lack of coordination between urban construction and traffic construction;urban style and cultural space still need to be improved.In order to solve the problems of urban development,based on the actual development of urban functional space in Jinan,this paper clarifies the objectives and requirements of urban functional space development in Jinan,and puts forward systematic adaptive countermeasures for the optimization of urban functional space structure in Jinan.To be specific,it mainly includes the construction of reasonable and balanced urban functional space structure system;enhance the supply of public service facilities in peripheral cluster areas;strengthen the support and guidance of traffic to each functional space;shape the characteristic ecological and cultural space taking urban renewal as an opportunity;strengthens fine planning and governance based on big data.
