With the continuous deepening of the urbanization process,urbanization construction has become one of the important topics for scholars to study.Analyzing the distribution characteristics of urban functional areas,the existing urban land use and land compounding plays an important reference role for future urban development planning.With the development of the Internet and Internet of Things technologies,the continuous emergence of data on various cities and residents has brought urban planning into a broader time and space dimension.The rise of multi-source data has enabled urbanization research to have a more accurate data foundation,especially open source data,which is not only real-time,efficient,and fast,but also has higher accuracy of corresponding research results.Based on multi-source data,this paper identifies and analyzes the urban functional structure of the main urban areas of Xi’an(Lianhu District,Beilin District and Xincheng District).Construction status and put forward optimization suggestions.The main contents are as follows:(1)Data crawling and preprocessing.Use Python technology to crawl POI(Point of Interest)data and road network data in the main urban area of Xi’an from Auto Navi Map and OSM(Open Street Map)website respectively;combined with the research content,delete some duplicate POIs,and clean them well The POI data is reclassified;secondly,some broken roads and repeated roads in the road network data are deleted,and the roads that cannot be closed are closed.Finally,the road network data is divided into the smallest research units by taking the block as the minimum research unit.data set.(2)Using the multi-source fusion POI data set and the segmented road network units as the data basis for functional area identification,establish a mathematical model to identify urban functional areas,analyze the identification results,and use the classic confusion matrix to verify the accuracy of the identification results.Finally,the overall accuracy of the identification results of functional areas in the main urban area of Xi’an is 78.33%,and the Kappa coefficient is 0.74.This shows that the POI-based urban functional area identification method with blocks as the smallest research unit has higher accuracy and better identification rate.(3)Structural analysis of the identified urban functional area results.First of all,based on the overall perspective,the overall analysis of the distribution pattern of urban functional elements,it is concluded that the public service function and cultural tourism function of Lianhu District have certain development space,and the commercial service function and industrial function of the new urban area need further development;The land use mixing degree and composite situation are analyzed,and the land use mixing degree and location entropy index of the main urban area of Xi’an are calculated.Multi-layer analysis,and finally,based on the above analysis results,the relevant problems encountered in the development process of the main urban area of Xi’an are considered and suggested.
