Urban area is one of the most important to the urban space structure,its layout is very important to optimize the urban space role,and traditional material data acquisition difficult,big channel is narrow,the cost of the urban space research has limitations,difficult to in-depth study of urban space more in-depth,and multi-angle,multi-level urban spatial information mining.With the advent of the era of big data,numerous open source data,such as POI data,social media data and OSM data,have been widely applied to a variety of research,and can solve some problems that cannot be solved by traditional urban space research.In the current urban research,how to reasonably integrate big data and traditional data to carry out more abundant research and form more meaningful results for the rational development and utilization of cities has become the research hotspot of many scholars.Based on the open source spatiotemporal big data,such as POI data,OSM data,and traditional material data,this paper divides and identifies the urban functional areas in Jinan,constructs the appropriate functional area structure analysis and evaluation indexes,and makes a detailed analysis and evaluation of the spatial structure of the functional areas in Jinan.The main work is as follows:First,based on the climbing Auto Navi POI data,different division units are used to carry out a comparative study on the quantitative identification of urban functional areas,and the advantages and disadvantages of different division angles and identification methods in the analysis of urban spatial structure are obtained.By reclassifying and assigning POI data,the urban space of Jinan is classified,and the degree and range of urban functional radiation under different classifications are studied respectively based on the urban division Angle of spatial grid and OSM road network,as well as frequency density calculation and kernel density estimation.The mixed matrix and Kappa coefficient were used to evaluate the accuracy of the classification results of urban functional areas realized by different classification methods.The results showed that the Kernel density estimation method based on road network division had the highest accuracy,with the Kappa coefficient reaching 0.77.The identification results were verified to be reliable by the remote sensing images of Jinan City in 2019 and the Amap.Secondly,based on the distribution pattern of functional areas in the central urban area of Jinan in 2015 and 2020,the CA-Markov model is used to simulate and predict the urban spatial structure in 2025,complete the spatial evolution of urban functional areas,and analyze the spatial and temporal distribution pattern.Third,the building of structure analysis and evaluation index of urban functional areas of the use of information entropy,location entropy,Moran index,local hot spot analysis,DEA model,etc.,of the mixture of jinan area,composite degrees,spatial correlation,spatial analysis and evaluation on the development and utilization efficiency,bring forward the question of jinan urban function space structure and optimization Suggestions.The results show that :(1)The identification results of urban functional areas based on OSM road network division and kernel density estimation method are most consistent with the actual situation of Jinan City,and the accuracy is high;(2)Based on the spatial distribution of functional areas in the central urban area of Jinan in 2015 and 2020,the spatial distribution of functional areas in the central urban area of Jinan in 2025 can be better simulated;(3)Through the structural analysis of the functional areas in Jinan City from all angles,it shows that there are problems in the structure of the urban functional areas in Jinan City,such as optimization of space and imbalance of local land use.At the same time,the study puts forward reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the existing urban spatial structure.
