CNC lathe turret system,referred to as turret system or CNC turret.This paper takes the turret system of CAK5085 CNC lathe as the research object,carries on the reliability evaluation and the reliability design.In this paper,the reliability evaluation of CNC turret mainly includes FMECA analysis and reliability modeling,and the reliability design mainly includes reliability allocation,reliability management and growth.The research contents are as follows:Reliability Evaluation:(1)FMECA analysis of the research object.Firstly,the failure position,failure form and failure reason of CNC turret are analyzed,and then the failure forms and reasons of key parts are analyzed emphatically.Finally,the harmfulness of each subsystem failure is analyzed.It provides the basic data for the follow-up research and provides the reference and basis for the reliability design.(2)Firstly,based on the reliability data,the reliability distribution model of CNC turret is established by linear regression method,and the validity of the reliability distribution model is verified by linear regression test and K-S test.This paper analyzes and improves the traditional bootstrap method,and compares the methods before and after the improvement,so as to provide a reference for reliability evaluation in the case of small samples.Finally,the reliability of each subsystem is calculated by the improved method.Reliability Design:(1)aiming at the problem that it is difficult to analyze quantitatively in the process of reliability distribution of CNC turret,the reliability distribution of CNC turret is carried out by comprehensively considering many factors that affect the reliability growth of CNC turret,combining interval analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(2)Starting from the three stages of design,production and use,the reliability growth and management of CNC turret are carried out,the mechanical and electrical reliability design criteria are summarized,the specific contents of reliability design inspection and production readiness reliability inspection are introduced in detail,the inspection and acceptance process of purchased parts is established,and the use of CNC turret is standardized based on operation management and maintenance management.Finally,the corresponding reliability growth measures are put forward for the key parts of CNC turret.
