The 13th five year plan clearly proposes to support the innovation and development of advanced medical devices including radiotherapy equipment,and promote the sustained and stable development of domestic medical equipment.As an important way to measure the quality standard of radiotherapy equipment,reliability index is widely used in the whole life cycle of foreign high-end radiotherapy equipment,and a complete reliability working system in the industry has been gradually established.However,the domestic radiotherapy industry is facing problems such as insufficient theoretical research and lack of industry standards,which seriously hinders the development of reliability work.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the reliability research of electron linear accelerator for radiotherapy equipment.The main reasons are:(1)the domestic radiotherapy industry lacks relevant reliability standards to guide enterprises to carry out reliability design and test of equipment;(2)due to the professional background of employees,it is difficult for enterprises to build a complete reliability working system and reasonable use the existing equipment fault data to guide the growth of reliability.Therefore,taking the6 Me V medical electron linear accelerator of Shandong Xinhua Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the following reliability research work of radiotherapy equipment was carried out:(1)The reliability allocation of the core subsystem of linear accelerator based on the improved criticality is realized,which can guide the reliability design of subsequent products of linear accelerator more reasonably.(2)From the perspective of fault tree,the main factors affecting the reliability of acceleration system are analyzed,and the reliability evaluation of the core components of radiotherapy equipment is completed.(3)Based on the statistical method of after-sales maintenance data,taking the mean time between failures as the reliability index,the MTBF of XHA-600 D and improved XHA-600 E accelerators of Shandong Xinhua Medical Co.,Ltd.is calculated.The weakness of the equipment are analyzed according to the statistical data,and feasible reliability growth measures are formulated and implemented.The reliability of the improved XHA-600 E accelerator is evaluated to prove the equipment The reliability level has been improved by more than 15%.A set of reliability growth evaluation scheme which can be used for reference in similar industry products is proposed.The above work completed the reliability work of linear accelerator from different angles,improved the establishment of reliability work system of the industry to a certain extent,and provided reference for further more efficient related work.
