Enough energy consumption of physical activity is the basis of maintaining good physical fitness.The detection of energy consumption of physical activity has many application scenarios in the fields of scientific sports,physical training and clinical medicine.Therefore,it is of great social significance and research value to carry out the research on the detection of energy consumption of physical activity.The human body absorbs energy from food to meet the needs of physical activities,and the basis of health is to adjust the energy intake and consumption in a relative balance.Diet determines energy intake and exercise determines energy expenditure.In this paper,the daily dietary energy intake,the energy consumption of basic metabolism and food heat effect in energy consumption were calculated,and the energy balance was maintained by adjusting the energy consumption of exercise.This paper realizes the energy consumption detection of daily physical activities,and constructs the energy consumption detection model for special sports activities,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.At the same time,a closed-loop energy consumption detection system is designed.The main research includes the following aspects(1)Theoretical research,the basic metabolism model and energy supply and demand model of human body were analyzed,and a scientific energy consumption detection model of special sports activities was constructed;In order to meet the balance of energy supply and demand of human body on the same day,a personalized special sports training program is designed.(2)In the experiment,the acceleration information and physiological indexes calculated from the image data collected by the camera sensor are used.as independent variables to construct the sports energy consumption detection model.The model is verified and compared with the energy consumption detection model used in daily physical activities.The results show that the reliability of the energy consumption detection model for special sports activities is higher.(3)System design and implementation,through the theoretical research and experimental construction of energy consumption detection model,completed the development of system software,realized the evaluation of diet intake and non exercise energy consumption,daily physical activity energy consumption detection,special sports activity energy consumption detection and push and other system functions.The main innovations of this paper are as follows(1)According to the conditions and needs of special sports activities,this paper puts forward a scientific,reasonable and low-cost sports energy consumption detection method and a special sports energy consumption detection model;(2)Using mobile phone as a device,aiming at the balance of human energy supply and demand,the evaluation and calculation detection method of each module from energy intake to energy consumption is realized,which integrates daily physical activity energy consumption detection,personalized sports training scheme generation and personalized sports training,forming a service system of energy supply and demand balance.
