Soil salinization is currently one of the important abiotic stress factors affecting the production of oats,affecting the growth and development of plants.In recent years,the problem of soil salinization has become more and more serious due to the abnormal climate,temperature rise and other reasons,resulting in more severe challenges to the production of oat in saline soils.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficient planting technology of oat under saline-alkali stress to guide the actual production of oat.To make sense seed priming can improve the cell membrane structure,promote seed germination,increase seedling resistance,and increase crop yield.In this experiment,Baiyan 2 and Baiyan 7 were used as test materials,and AsA,GA3,and MgSO4 were selected as initiators to study the effect of seed initiation on oat seed germination,seedling growth,growth regulation and forage.The effect of quality is to screen the optimal concentration of initiators and provide a theoretical basis for oats cultivation in saline-alkali land.The results of the study are as follows:1.Effect of seed priming on germination and seedling growth of oats grown in saline soilsSeed priming can increase the germination potential,germination rate and germination index of oats under salt stress,and promote the increase of plant height,root length and leaf area of oat seedlings.The best priming concentration of each initiator for promoting oat germination is 1.5 mM/L AsA,150 ?M/L GA3and 4.5 mM/L MgSO4;different varieties of oats have different response effects to the same initiator.The plant height,root length and leaf area of Baiyan 2 The maxim?M values were obtained at 450 ?M/L GA3,1 mM/L AsA,and 150 ?M/L GA3.The plant height,root length and leaf area of Baiyan 7 were at 150 ?M/L GA3 respectively.450 ?M/L GA3,150 ?M/L GA3to obtain the maxim?M value.2.Effect of seed priming on growth and yield of oats grown in saline soilsSeed priming increased plant height,LAI,stem elongation,yield and yield composition of oat under salt stress.Both oat varieties showed resistance to stress.The growth indicators and yield of Baiyan 7 were greater than those of Baiyan 2.Baiyan 7 is more suitable for planting along the beach in Jiangsu.Different priming treatments had different effects on oats.AsA priming treatment had the best effect on Baiyan 2.Under this condition,fresh grass yield,hay yield,and grain yield were up to 25.63?8.09 and 1.68 t·hm-2,GA3 priming treatment had the best effect on Baiyan 7.Under this condition,fresh grass yield,hay yield and grain yield were up to 35.56?10.75 and 2.60 t·hm-2.3.Effect of seed priming on physiological characteristics of oats grown in saline soilsSeed priming increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes,promoted the contents of photosynthetic pigments and osmotic adjustment substances,and reduced the content of MDA in oat plants under salt stress.There was no significant difference in photosynthetic pigment content between the two varieties of oats,and priming treatment alleviated the decline of the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotene in oat leaves under salt stress.The contents of antioxidant enzymes,proline and soluble protein of Baiyan 7 were significantly higher than those of Baiyan 2,and there was no significant difference in the contents of soluble sugar and MDA between the two varieties of oats.During the period from heading to grain filling,the activities of POD,CAT and the contents of soluble protein and MDA increased significantly,the content of soluble sugar decreased,and oat plants suffered more severe salt stress.In general,Baiyan 7 is more resistant to stress than Baiyan 2,and GA3 and AsA treatments had better effects on improving the stress resistance of oat plants.4.Effect of seed priming on nutrient accumulation and forage quality of oats grown in saline soilsSeed priming increased sucrose content and starch content in oat plants under saline conditions stress,and the differences between the two varieties became more significant with the development of growth period.At grain filling stage,sucrose content and starch content of Baiyan 2 plant were lower than those of Baiyan 7.Priming treatment increase the contents of macro-elements like N,P,and K and middle elements like Ca,Mg,and Na in oat plants.At tillering stage,the differences in ion element content between the two oat varieties were significant.At grain filling stage,the Na content of Baiyan 2 was significantly higher than that of Baiyan 7 and the other contents were slightly lower than those of Baiyan 7.Generally,the forage quality of Baiyan 7 was higher than that of Baiyan 2.AsA priming treatment had the best effects on Baiyan 2 and GA3 priming treatment had the best effects on Baiyan 7.Under these conditions,the crude protein and crude fat content of oat was the highest and the crude fiber content was the lowest.
