In recent years,antibiotics have been used to excessively use in life and production,causing antibiotics to eventually enter the water environment through a variety of ways,and promotes the production of antibiotics,antibiotics and resistance genes between different media and species in the water environment.Communication,causing serious damage to the ecological environment and induce a series of diseases.This study uses solid phase extraction,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology and high-transposed fluorescent PCR technology detection and analysis and analysis of Songhua River Basin Harbin section and tributary Ashi River sulfonades,fluoroquinolones and large cyclic esters.10 Antibiotics and amino sugar,?-lactamase,sulfonamide,fluoroquinolones,MLSB,tetracycline,multiple drug resistance and vancomycin 8 The dispensing of antibiotic resistance genes and the principles of movable genetic original,and analyzed antibiotics and water quality indicators,resistance genes and water quality indexes and resistance genes and the original principle of movable genetics.The pollution status of antibiotics and drug-resistant genes in Songhua River is studied,providing basic data for pollution control and ecological risk assessment of antibiotics and drug-resistant genes in Harbin section in Songhua River.The main findings are as follows:In 10 antibiotics,only 6 antibiotics were detected in the entry section of Songhua River Harbin City and the detected concentration was relatively low,but 9 antibiotics were detected in the exit section,and only the sulfamer methionine was not detected in the exit,of which the lacy clod antibiotics increased.The most significant,followed by sulfonamides and fluoroquinolones,three tributaries in Harbin City are directly reasons for the increase in the concentration of cylindrical antibiotic concentration.The detection rate of the remaining 8 kinds of antibiotics other than sulfamer pyridine and sulfonadia is 100%in the Ashi River,and only the sulfamer pyridine is not checked in the upstream section of the Ashi River,but in the Ashi River into the lady The 10 kinds of antibiotics were detected,and the remaining 9 were the highest section in addition to norfloxacin.The wastewater emission of 4 sewage treatment plants along the Ashi River is an important factor affecting the antibiotic concentration in the Ashi River.Correlation analysis showed that sulfonamides were positively correlated with ammonia nitrogen and total organic carbon in Harbin section of Songhua River.The relationship between the three antibiotics and ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the Ashi water system(P<0.05)indicates that the water quality indicators of the Harbin section of the Songhua River and the Ashi River are closely related to the antibiotic concentration.The ecological risk assessment results show that there are certain ecological risks in the Harbin section of the Songhua River and the Ashi River system.The 8-type resistance gene was detected in S9 points,and 13 were detected by the original,and the two were absolutely abundance,but 75 kinds of resistance genes and 19 removable were detected at S15.Genetic original and high abundance,the new resistance gene is mainly?-lactamase and fluoroquinol antibiotic resistance gene,and the resistance gene diversity and abundance detected in 3 tribulations in Harbin.Dry flow,3 tributary transportations are also the main reason for the growth of resistant gene abundance and diversity of Songhua River Harbin section.The Ashi River tributary source is only detected 13 kinds of resistance genes and 13 kinds of movable genetics,including the aminoglycoside resistance gene,but 114 anti-genetic genes were detected in the estuary area of Songhua River in the Ashi River.And 29 removable genetics,except tetracycline and sulfonamide resistance genes,have the highest abundance and diversity as the remaining six resistance genes.Wastewater emissions from 4 sewage treatment plants along the Ashi River are an important factor.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the antibiotic resistance gene and the ammonia nitrogen in Songhua River and Ash River water samples(P<0.05),indicating the Songhua River Harbin section and Ashi River.The water quality index of river water is closely related to antibiotic resistance gene abundance,and the risk of antibiotic resistance genes in the basin is the risk of horizontal metastasis.
