At present,human beings have entered the information society,and software projects,as a means of enterprise information,have increasingly become the focus of project management.Although a software project is a type of project,it has its own characteristics,such as invisibility,complexity,consistency,and flexibility.Because of these characteristics,software projects have higher risks than other types of projects,and they need to be adapted when using common project risk management techniques.This paper attempts to answer the question of how to accurately identify the potential risks in a software project and better analyze and prioritize these risk factors,so as to provide a basis for formulating a reliable and effective risk response plan and ultimately ensure a higher success rate of the project.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice to study the relevant theories of project risk management,and then combines them with the actual software development project to study the problems related to risk management in the project.Firstly,it combs the knowledge system of project management,especially the knowledge system of risk management.Then it takes the relevant knowledge system as the theoretical basis,combines the actual characteristics of the domestic software industry and takes the software development project of company A of Z company as the case study to establish A risk index evaluation system suitable for software development projects similar to the cases.After the risk index evaluation system is used to analyze project in the implementation stage is likely to encounter the key risk factors,and then use the gray correlation analysis to these risk factors associated with analysis of the project cost,quality,function,the influence of the progress and so on,finally using TOPSIS method to prioritization of these risk factors,and then summarizes a set of more conducive to the software project risk management strategy.Research results show that when considering the influence of risk factors on the project,if you can will analyze associated risk factors and to consider the various influence factors on the project risk,it is possible to avoid the analysis of risk factors of severe deviation and error,and to some extent,can solve the data inconsistency and lack of expert judgment,can make up for the general method is difficult to determine the risk factors related to project many ways,and the shortcomings of the risk factors to prioritize,eventually measures can avoid the risk of making mistakes.
