The continuous acceleration of the scale-up and intensive process of livestock and poultry breeding in China has resulted in a significant increase in emissions of livestock and poultry waste,but the scientific management and development level of livestock and poultry manure has lagged behind.Although the country has vigorously promoted the utilization of livestock manure resources,and focused on promoting the utilization of biogas projects as the core of the utilization model of manure resources,the problems of agricultural non-point source pollution,breeding pollution and public health safety issues caused by separation of breeding and farming have still not been effectively resolved.Therefore,analyzing the current status and causes of the development of combined farming and breeding recycling agriculture in China,and clarifying the development paths and performance comparison of the typical utilization models of livestock and poultry waste resources would make important reference value and practical significance to help make reasonable selection of suitable management models for farming manure wastes for different farming areas,protect the agricultural ecological environment,promote agricultural green development,as well as promote the coordinated development,transformation and upgrading of the circular agricultural industry chain in China.This article mainly adopts a research method that combines theory with examples.In this paper,three ecological cycle models in Jiangxi Province are taken as research objects,they are the family ecological cycle model of combined farming and breeding,the combined cycle model of combined farming and breeding of medium-scale farms and bases,and the “N2N”regional eco-circular agriculture model for the centralized treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.Based on circular agricultural economic theory and system coupling theory,the paper analyze the economic benefits,governance costs and influencing factors of the three typical farming and breeding combined cycle models.The study found that the factors affecting the development of integrated family farming and breeding are insufficient funds,low cultural level of operators,lack of supporting planting bases,green agricultural products are difficult to be recognized,and the structure of agricultural products is single;the influencing factors of the combined cycle model of combined farming and breeding of medium-scale farms and bases are low engineering efficiency,low biogas slurry revenue,and the actual operating cost of the biogas project is high;the factors affecting the N2 N model are the difficulty in obtaining agricultural waste,the biogas slurry fertilizer efficiency and value need to be improved,the winter biogas slurry consumption problems and heavy metal pollution problems.Finally,the following research conclusions are reached: The most suitable path for the upgrade and reconstruction of small-scale farms is the family ecological recycling model;the most effective and economical way to solve the waste treatment of medium-scale farms is the combination of farming and breeding of medium-scale farms cycle model;the best strategy for large-scale farm livestock and poultry waste management is to build a third-party centralized comprehensive system which deal with ecological energy cycle that uses biogas projects as a link and combines upstream and downstream industrial chains,that is,the N2 N model.Based on this,in order to promote the construction of ecological civilization and strengthen the promotion of the circular economy model that integrates cultivation and breeding,this study proposes the following policy recommendations from a macro perspective: Firstly,focus on improving the ecological agricultural market system,transform and upgrade the ecological agricultural development model,and promote the industrialization of new ecological circular agriculture;secondly,continue to improve the industry access and supervision system and improve the details relevant legal systems for the utilization of livestock and poultry waste resources;Thirdly,promote coordinated governance by the government,pollution control enterprises,and farming entities to balance the interests of all participants;fourthly,strengthen the promotion of the concept of circular agriculture and fundamentally solve the problem of livestock and poultry breeding pollution problem.From a microscopic point of view,specific policy optimization paths and improvement suggestions are given for the three typical livestock manure waste resource utilization models,which provide references for each farming area to choose the best manure waste management method.
