Study On Spatial Pattern Of Modern Service Industry In Guiyang Based On POI Data

With the improvement of the level of economic development,the global industrial structure has transformed into a service economy.With the promotion of "Internet +",a new service industry modern service industry has been born.Compared with developed countries,the development level of modern service industry in China is relatively low,and the traditional service industry accounts for a large proportion.Therefore,while developing the traditional service industry,promoting the development of modern service industry.The scientific development of modern service industry is inseparable from the rational allocation of resources.Therefore,research on the spatial pattern of modern service industry is not only of great significance to the optimal allocation of resources and the upgrading of industrial structure in Guiyang,but also provides a scientific reference for other mountain cities.Modern service industry refers to the emerging service industry based on knowledge and technology intensive and the traditional service industry after transformation and upgrading in the era of rapid development of information technology.In this paper,modern service industry was divided into two major categories and ten small categories of modern producer services and modern consumer services.Based on the POI data of modern service industry in Guiyang in 2017 and 2019,using the methods of ArcGIS spatial analysis,exploratory spatial data analysis,information entropy,frequency density analysis and spatial regression model,the spatial pattern,functional zoning,temporal and spatial evolution,and the influencing factors of spatial distribution of modern service industry in the central city of Guiyang were discussed,and finally put forward the strategy of spatial layout optimization.The following conclusions were reached through research:(1)The modern service industry in the central city of Guiyang has generally formed a "Y"-shaped spatial distribution pattern of "one core,three axes and multiple clusters",which trended from northwest to southeast,with the center of gravity shifting toward the Guanshan group.Polarization phenomenon is significant,mainly distributed in densely populated,well centered traffic network and low-lying areas,with spillover effect,showing a leap development trend.The spatial development is unbalanced,showing a "core-edge" structure.It has significant high-value clustering features,hotspots are located in the middle ring road of the old city and its surrounding groups.The number,density and area of functional centers increased,and the service capacity increased.The spatial distribution tends to discretization and expansion.(2)The spatial distribution,structure and direction of modern producer services and modern consumer services are consistent with that of modern service industry as a whole,and they are developing in the opposite direction.There are significant differences in the development level and agglomeration degree of various business types of modern service industry.The development level of sports and entertainment,medical treatment and education is high,the development level of information technology service and scientific research service is low,the agglomeration degree of financial insurance is the highest,the agglomeration degree of public facilities management is the lowest,the agglomeration degree of most business is reduced.The spatial distribution patterns of various formats are basically similar,all of them are "Y" distribution,showing a "core-edge" structure,with the distribution direction of northwest southeast,and there are two distribution patterns of "single core" and "multi cores".The spatial distribution has an expansion trend,and the balance degree is improved.(3)The function diversity distribution of modern service industry is "Y" pattern,and it shows a "core-edge" structure with "Big Cross" as the core.The high value area of mixing degree is located near the first ring road of the city center,and the low value area of mixing degree is distributed in the urban fringe group.There are three types of functional spatial structure of modern service industry: the scope of single functional area is narrowed,the distribution of dual functional area and multi-functional area is expanded,and the function of modern service industry is developing towards integration.The single functional area is scattered,the dual functional area is located in the transition zone between the single functional area and the multi-functional area,and the multi-functional area is distributed in the city center in a "Y" shape.(4)The influencing factors of spatial distribution of modern service industry from high to low are population density,road network density,bus station density,scientific research institution density,house price,green area,which are mainly affected by market demand and traffic conditions,and have low dependence on rent,innovation level and ecological environment.(5)According to the current situation of the spatial layout of modern service industry in Guiyang,the optimal countermeasures are proposed: Promote the formation of "dual core and multi groups" spatial pattern of modern service industry,promote the establishment and improvement of modern service industry cluster,improve the urban road network system,increase the support for high-tech industry,and enhance the attention to innovation level and ecological environment.
