Study On Dynamic Evolution And Driving Factors Of The Difference Space Of Xinjiang County Economic Development

The development of regional economic disparity is a common phenomenon of the whole regional economy and society.The moderate disparity promotes the development of regional economy,but the excessive regional economic disparity often hinders the orderly development and competition among regions.In this study,the per capita GDP and per capita GDP growth index of xinjiang counties from 2010 to 2018 were selected,and the spatial global autocorrelation and spatial local hot spot map were adopted to analyze the characteristics of the spatial evolution of xinjiang's economic development differences from the two aspects of the differences in the level of county economic development and the growth differences of county economic development.Finally,GWR model is used to quantitatively calculate the driving factors of the differences in county economic development,which provides a basis for predicting the future trend of the differences in county economic development in xinjiang.The research on the spatial dynamic evolution of xinjiang county economy from 2010 to2018 shows that:(1)from the perspective of the difference of xinjiang county economic level from 2010 to 2018,the spatial correlation of the difference of xinjiang county economic level is positive,but is decreasing year by year.In recent years,the hot and cold area in the county region is basically stable in the central region of xinjiang,and the cold area is closer to the southern region.From the perspective of economic growth differences in xinjiang counties from 2010 to 2018,the spatial correlation of economic level differences in xinjiang counties is positive,while the hot and cold areas of economic growth vary greatly.In recent years,the hot spot of economic growth in xinjiang county region is stable in the vicinity of the eastern region,and the cold spot area is located in the vicinity of kashgar and kezhou in the southern region.From the factors of xinjiang county economic differences in 2011 and 21018,the high value of regression coefficient of industrialization level migrated to southern xinjiang.The high value of regression coefficient of fixed assets investment in the whole society changes to the central and northern regions.The financial expenditure coefficient is all negative,the negative high value is in the middle and the southeast region;The coefficient of secondary and tertiary industries is low in the west and high in the east.Residents' savings deposits basically turned into positive,and transferred to the northwest region.(4)according to the spatial distribution of difference coefficient of county economy in xinjiang in 2018,thedriving factors of most county economy are fiscal expenditure,industrialization level and fixed asset investment.According to the above conclusions to xinjiang county economic development put forward the following three measures:(1)strengthen the economic county to the surrounding county radiation effect.(2)effectively improve the xinjiang county fixed investment regulation system.(3)promote the optimization of the county industrial structure transformation and upgrading,promote the county industry quality and efficiency.
