The new outbreak of pneumonia in 2019 caused a huge impact on China and the world.In addition to the impact of the epidemic itself on people's daily lives,countries around the world have adopted measures such as closure of the country and the country in order to control the development of the epidemic,and have further affected the normal order of social activities,especially economic activities,which has caused a comprehensive impact.Not only the business sector,which led to the suspension of production and production,and the stagnation of sales was affected by the epidemic.But also the resident sector had to reduce socialization and adjust consumption.This article mainly studies the characteristics of residents consumption changes during the epidemic,analyzes the differences in consumption changes among different types of residents,and how these differences are related to various residents characteristics.This article selects the typical city residents during the epidemic as the survey object.Through the method of online survey,the impact of the epidemic on residents' consumption behavior is taken as a starting point to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of residents' consumer behavior under the impact of the epidemic.The daily necessities,masks,alcohol and other disinfection supplies,apparel accessories,cosmetics,and catering items such as catering for consumption are tested for changes in various consumption categories,and the regression analysis is conducted to find the type of consumer goods that has the largest increase in consumer expenditure under the impact of the epidemic.Combining the interaction between consumer environmental factors,personal emotional factors,and consumer behavior decisions,14 types of variables are set to study and analyze the changes in residents' consumption trends in certain types of consumer goods,and focus on analyzing loans owned(home car credit consumption)and residents through verification analysis,the relationship between various consumption changes was found to be related to consumer statistical background characteristics,consumer economic factors,consumer psychology and mood,consumption channel preferences and residents' consumption changes in disinfection supplies.At the same time,we have found that residents with credit consumption have increased consumption of daily necessities and disinfection supplies.Through Logit Regression,it was found that residents with high education,high income,married group,under 46 years old,and male characteristics prefer credit consumption.The research conclusions of this paper are conducive to providing data support for decision-makers at different levels such as enterprises and organizations to improve and carry out various service activities related to residents' consumption in the future.Further,it can help the government and other relevant departments to use financial instruments reasonably and formulate relevant financial policies,so as to provide financial support forresidents whose consumption has been significantly affected during the epidemic,buffer the shock,and avoid consumption downgrade;at the same time,help for the later stage of the epidemic Restore order,stimulate consumption,and develop economy.
