Qihe crucian carp(Carassius auratus)national aquatic germplasm reserve is located in linzhou city,henan province,with a total area of 4099hm~2,including 448.2hm~2core area and 3650.8hm~2experimental area.Lin Tong for highway construction projects located in the taihang mountains the old revolutionary base areas of the regional economic development has an important leading role of the north,to carry out the Lin Tong high-speed construction impact on aquatic germ plasm resources research,to preserve the ecological environment,preserve the main function and the protection of objects is analyzed,the influence of well q river carp national aquatic germ plasm resources of the local investigation,for engineering construction to Qihe crucian carp(Carassius auratus)national provides the theory basis for the impact of aquatic germ plasm resources.In access to relevant data,on the basis of 2017-2018 by visiting survey and field sampling methods such as the reserve resources investigation and Lin Tong highway construction project to study the effect on reserve,a total of identification of planktonic algae collected 13 genera(species),affiliated to the hidden door,bacillariophyta and chlorophyta,euglenophyta,pyrrhophyta 5 door;Five species of zooplankton were collected,belonging to two major groups,namely copepods and rotifers.Seven species of macrobenthic animals were collected,belonging to two groups,including aquatic insects and mollusks.There were 25 species of plants from 15 families in total,of which 7 species(28%)were compositae.There are 13 species of fish,belonging to 3 orders,4 families and 13 genera,among which 11 species of cyprinidae belong to the order cyprinidae,accounting for 84.6%of the total species.There are 4 species of birds in 4 orders;A large number of distributed aquatic plants,but a few species,mainly water turtle and eye vegetables.The interfacial ecosystem formed by aquatic organisms and adjacent terrestrial ecological forests is complex,stable and fully functional.The function of the reserve is complete and the ecosystem is good,which has high protection value.According to the resource survey of national aquatic germplasm resources protection zone of qihe crucian carp and the feasibility report of Lin Tong highway construction project,it is predicted that the project construction may have an impact on the protection zone,mainly in the following aspects:(1)the construction operation has a negative impact on the habitat,activity and growth of fish in the protection zone.(2)the construction of carp in qi river and other economic fish in qi river has a great impact on the reproduction stage,which will cause the decline of a certain number of fish.(3)the construction operation will occupy a certain water space,which will have an impact on the fish living in this water area.The pier of the bridge will also block the water flow,which will definitely reduce the amount of fish resources.It is suggested that some measures should be taken to reduce the influence of project construction on the national aquatic germplasm resources protection area of Qihe crucian carp(Carassius auratus),so as to maintain the integrity of the ecological function of the protection area and protect the local biodiversity.
