Objective: To explore the effect of Sling Exercise Therapy(SET)on balance, walking and Activities of daily living ability(ADL)of Brunnstrom ? stroke patients, and to explore the effect of SET on specific walking parameters,so as to provide theoretical basis for accurate rehabilitation. Methods: This study takes Brunnstrom ? stroke patients as the research object.A total of 32 cases that meet the inclusion criteria were randomly collected from hospitalized patients. These patients were asked to fill in the informed consent form voluntarily and approved by the Hospital Ethics Review Committee. The subjects were divided into conventional exercise therapy group(n= 16)and SET group(n= 16),and the SET group was carried out on the basis of conventional exercise therapy. Before the test and 12 weeks after SET,Berg score,FTSST time and BT evaluation table body displacement were measured to explore the effect of SET on its balance ability.FAC score,TUG time and Gait watch three-dimensional gait analyzer indexes(velocity, cadence, etc.)were measured to explore the effect of SET on walking ability. The modified Barthel index was measured to explore the effect of SET on ADL.Results:(1)Balance: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Berg score,FTSST time and body displacement index of BT evaluation table between the two groups,P>0.05;After 12 weeks of treatment, the Berg score and the body displacement of BT evaluation table were increased and FTSST time was significantly decreased,P<0.05.In transverse group comparison,Berg score and body displacement of BT evaluation table in SET group increased,FTSST time decreased more obviously than that in conventional group,P<0.05.(2)Walking: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in FAC score,TUG time and Gait watch three-dimensional gait analysis indexes(velocity, cadence, etc.)between the two groups,P>0.05;After 12 weeks of treatment, the longitudinal comparison between the two groups showed that the velocity, cadence and maximum flexion angle of knee joint increased, while the proportion of supporting phase, double supporting phase and TUG time decreased,P<0.05,while the maximum flexion angle of hip joint did not change significantly,P>0.05.Compared with the conventional group, the velocity, cadence of the patients in the SET group are obviously increased, the proportion of supporting phase, the proportion of double supporting phase and the TUG time are reduced,P<0.05.the FAC score and the maximum knee flexion angle in the SET group are not significantly different from the conventional group,P>0.05.(3)Activities of daily living(ADL): Before treatment, there was no significant difference in modified Barthel index between the two groups,P>0.05.After 12 weeks of treatment, the improved modified Barthel index of the two groups of patients was significantly increased in longitudinal comparison,P<0.05.Compared with the conventional group, the modified Barthel index in the SET group was not significantly different,P>0.05.Conclusion:(1)The therapeutic effect of SET on balance and walking ability of Brunnstrom IV stroke patients is more significant than that of conventional exercise therapy.(2)SET can improve BBS score,FTSST time, the body displacement,TUG time, velocity, cadence, proportion of support phase and proportion of double support phase of Brunnstrom IV stroke patients, which is more effective than conventional exercise therapy.(3)SET can improve the ADL of Brunnstrom ? stroke patients. However, compared with conventional exercise therapy, there is no obvious difference in therapeutic effect in ADL.
