With the coming of the aging society, our country will face the huge challenge of the elderly pension problems. The basic skill for elderly is to live independently, which is called activity of daily living. Once disabled, elder person need to have assistance from others. This will undoubtedly bring a heavier burden on family and society. So with in-depth study on living skills to assess the activity of daily living of the elderly. Helping advance discover and prevent the loss of daily living or delay the loss of activity of daily living, not only can improve the quality of life of the elderly in his later years, but also has important implications fo national health economics and society.The main thesis work and innovations include:Factors study of existing activity of daily living of elderly forcused on univariate analysis, the lack of quantitative or qualitative results sorted for the existing elderly activity of daily living, is not conducive to compare and then choose among the key factors influencing factors. Then the key factors extraction method based on randomforests of elderly activity of daily living was put forward. It can randomly sampling features and instances based randomforests to achieve different data modeling, then calculate attribute importance which can quantitatively the importance of relative feature to activity of daily living as the impact of the property on the basis of comparison results rescreened ELDERLY key factors. Through the experiment based on about 5000 acquisition of measured data analysis of the data. The last comprehensive calculation method of the principal component decomposition to obtain daily living score. About 5000 Experimental analysis of the measured data through the collection shows that division granularity of this method compared with the ADL improved obviously. This method can be carried out for the elderly living skills quantitative score, and with a more fine-grained, for the elderly living skills provide personalized service evaluation basis. Based on the above study designed to achieve a ELDERLY evaluate experimental system.
