Dynamic Game And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors Of Collective Action Being Initiated And Followed Under The Chamber Of Commerce

The relationship between government,market and society is an important topic in social science.In the process of government-led reform and opening up during the past 40 years,the market economy has grown stronger.Nongovernmental chambers of commerce as a kind of social organization plays a significant role in connection and communication of these three bodies,especially in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.Based on the construction of game models and theoretical hypotheses,this paper studies the management of nongovernmental chambers of commerce as a supplier of club goods by collective action,which is different from the existing researches in nongovernmental chambers of commerce in China.Try to find what are the conditions for establishment of a nongovernmental chamber of commerce in the perspective of collective action and influencing factors that can affect supply club goods continuously? So author conducted a field survey of 31 chambers of commerce in Shenzhen to test theoretical assumptions.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,establish the collective action model of club goods supply,and divide all participants in collective action into three categories: the president of the chamber of commerce as promoter,board of directors as Group 2,ordinary members as Group 3.Analyzing equilibrium strategy choices of different types of individuals participating in collective action,and draw the influence of number range of different groups on the collective action of chamber of commerce: comparing with the number range of Group 3,the number range of Group 2 has more important impact on the initiation of collective action.Secondly,sorting various data of 31 Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce obtained from the field survey,and then using the Ordered Logit model to get results as follows: The number of board members plays a significant role in the daily operations of the chamber of commerce,while the number of ordinary members is not significant.This result verifies the conclusions reached in the theoretical model.Thirdly,relevant judgement from further analysis of the data obtained from the field survey is as follows: number of board members,Party building,the update frequency of official information platforms,the chairman's role as deputy of the People's Congress or member of the CPPCC,the purchase of services and subsidies from government,participate in and obtain the rating of Shenzhen Social Organization Rating,duration have significant effect on daily operations of the Chamber of Commerce and the supply of club goods(measured by the frequency of collective activities).Besides,whether the president is the main leader of listed companies or not and the number of ordinary members are not significant.At last,this paper analyzes the impact of these factors on the specific operation of the chamber of commerce and collective action in actual situations combined with practically typical cases.Fourthly,combined with the specific case information of sample chambers of commerce obtained from the field survey,this paper analyzed the factors such as enterprise size and strength,political identity,sense of identity of home and collective,interest correlation,the size and composition of participating groups,Party building situation and the duration of chambers of commerce,and how these factors influence the initiation and participation of different groups in the process of the establishment and operation of chambers of commerce.Fifthly,the relationship between the chamber of commerce and the government is still an important factor affecting the operation of the chamber of commerce and the supply of club goods.So it requires not only the chamber of commerce carry out various types of collective activities in accordance with various laws and regulations and the "Articles of Association" strictly.It also requires the government departments accelerate the transformation of the understanding about chamber of commerce,the normal and good relationship between chamber of commerce and government departments is "cooperative relationship" and "partnership",so as to promote the development of the nongovernmental chambers of commerce.While the effectively operation of the chamber of commerce will absorb more members at the level of directors and above join chamber of commerce,and improving the supply of club goods of the chamber of commerce,in order to form a good development model.
