With the development of economy,the contradiction between the reduction of cultivated land and the increase in demand for construction land in China has become increasingly prominent.In order to solve the problem of reduced cultivated land,supplementing cultivated land becomes inevitable,and the best way is land consolidation.Land consolidation can make rational use of resources.By developing and consolidating all kinds of lands such as inefficient land,unused land,abandoned,destroyed land,etc.,the efficiency and quality of land use may get improved,as well as the number of cultivated land and the eco-environment.Meanwhile,the contradiction between human and land can be reduced.The construction of well-facilitated farmland is a kind of land consolidation,which can effectively improve the quality of cultivated land and promote the modern operation and large-scale management of agriculture.This paper takes Yunxi County of Shiyan City as the research area,based on GIS technology,making full use of transfer matrix,various spatial analysis methods and the future land use simulation model(FLUS model)to forecast and simulate the land use scenario in Yunxi County in 2025,and extract construction land information.It calculates the demand for cultivated land guided by its balance,demarcates the land consolidation by combining the scale effect of cultivated land,ecological suitability and natural quality,and integrating economic factors on the basis of land remediation and zoning to obtain the suitability of cultivated land.Then automatically demarcates the well-facilitated farmland range in Yunxi County based on the multi-agent spatial optimization configuration model Agent LA.The results of this paper can be used as a decision to support the future well-facilitated farmland planning in Yunxi County.These results also provide reference for other land remediation and permanent basic farmland demarcation.The results show that:(1)By using FLUS model to simulate and predict the land use scenario in Yunxi County in 2025 to obtain the construction land information of Yunxi County in 2025,and by overlapping the results of annual renewal of cultivated land quality in 2017.It turns out that construction land will occupy 2235.55 hectares of cultivated land from 2017 to 2025,accounting for 4.36% of the total cultivated land area in Yunxi County in 2017.The main distribution of cultivated land is in 7 and 8.Guanyin Town and Hejia Town are the most occupied cultivated land.(2)Analysis of the situation of cultivated land which is new or occupied by construction land to get the demand for cultivated land in each township.In general,the supply of cultivated land is greater than the amount of occupied cultivated land.The supply-demand ratio reaches 1.33,which basically achieves the balance of occupation and compensation.Among them,Anjia Township,Chengguan Town,Guanyin Town,Hejia Town and Jingyang Township have large demand for cultivated land,so that the supply-demand ratio is less than 1.In other towns and villages,there are also some cases where the occupation of cultivated land is greater than the supply.For these townships with large demand for cultivated land,we should focus on rationally arranging land remediation projects,increase the amount of cultivated land,and promote the coordinated development of townships.(3)By analyzing the scale effect,ecological suitability and natural quality of cultivated land in Yunxi County,the comprehensive quality of cultivated land was obtained by the author.Combining it with the demand of cultivated land and the actual situation of Yunxi County,the farmland will be divided into key remediation areas and conditional remediation areas,prudent remediation areas and temporary non-remediation areas.Overall,in Yunxi County,the key remediation areas are 8198.97 hectares,accounting for 15.98% of the total cultivated land area;The conditional remediation area is 16480.43 hectares,accounting for 32.11%;The prudent remediation area is 4243.76 hectares,accounting for 8.27%;And the temporary non-remediation area is 22394.93 hectares,accounting for 43.64%.(4)Combining with land remediation division and economic factors to generate the suitable layer of cultivated land and to automatically demarcate the well-facilitated farmland range by Agent LA model.Comparing the results with the results of conventional density segmentation method of demarcating the well-facilitated farmland,it turns out that the results of the both methods cover the areas with the best suitability of cultivated land in Yunxi County.However,for the conventional density segmentation method,the patches generated are in a large number but with a small area,and are relatively fragmented.Although the overall suitability is good,it is not conducive to the centralized contiguous and large-scale production management of well-facilitated farmland.Meanwhile,the well-facilitated farmland demarcation based on the Agent LA model is more widely distributed,taking full consideration of the actual situation of each township,rather than being limited to the distribution of several townships.Moreover,the patches generated this way are in a large area and compact shape.And it is more consistent with the construction requirements of well-facilitated farmland,which is conducive to the centralized contiguous farmland,the construction of basic supporting facilities,the large-scale management and modernization operations.Obviously the Agent LA model has a good effect in demarcating well-facilitated farmland,and can be used as a reference for demarcating methods.
