In recent years,a series of ecological environmental problems have been caused by overexploitation of groundwater.The problem of groundwater has aroused great attention from the state.However,the work of groundwater management in our country started relatively late,mainly based on the establishment of"double control"management system,but it has not yet formed a unified and clear technical requirement.This article takes Fukang City as an example to formulate the groundwater exploitation index through groundwater balance calculation.Through correlation analysis,the relationship between groundwater exploitation and groundwater level was established and groundwater level control indicators were formulated.At the same time,the relationship between the amount of groundwater exploitation and the power consumption of the wells was established,and the power supply quantity control indicators for the planned wells for each township were formulated to achieve the principle of“setting electricity by water and controlling water by electricity”.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The groundwater exploitation quantity control index is determined according to the groundwater recoverable quantity,the groundwater recoverable amount is determined according to the groundwater resources,and the groundwater resources are calculated by the groundwater balance method.The total recharge of groundwater in Fukang city is 15016.1×10~4 m ~3,the total discharge of groundwater is25408.5×10~4 m ~3,and the groundwater can be exploited for 12335×10~4 m ~3.That is,the control index of groundwater exploitation is 12335×10~4 m ~3.(2)Through the correlation analysis,the relationship between the groundwater exploitation and the groundwater level is established,and the annual water control index of each plan is brought into the correlation formula,and the water level depth control index of each town's planning year in Fukang city is calculated.For example,the water level control index of Shui Mogou in 2020 is 36.43m,2025 is 35.09m,2030 is 32.95m,and the water level change rate is 0.25 m/a.(3)Through the analysis of the data of the power consumption and the pumping amount of the well in Fukang City,the quantitative relationship is established and the relationship formula is analyzed.It is concluded that the 1 m~3 water pumping water in the Gan Hezi River Basin needs 0.5 k W·h,the Baiyang River Basin and the Sangong River Basin need about 0.6 k W·h,according to the equation,the annual power supply quantity of each well is calculated.
