With the rapid development of the economy and culture in Shanxi Province,the water consumption has gradually increased.As a large province for groundwater exploitation,the development and utilization of groundwater in Shanxi Province is also increasing.Due to a series of historical problems and unreasonable concentration and over-exploitation in some areas,the groundwater level in some areas of Shanxi Province has been seriously deepened,forming a groundwater deepening funnel,which has led to a series of environmental geological problems.In the past years,only the exploitation of the amount of mining can not grasp the degree of groundwater exploitation in real time.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt a dual-control management mode of groundwater level and water volume to achieve sustainable exploitation and utilization of groundwater in the region.This paper analyzes the multi-year time evolution relationship between rainfall and groundwater level by collecting a large amount of data.Through the trend of the initial flow field and topography of Datong Basin,and related geological exploration data,the GMS software is used to establish a three-dimensional water flow model and simulate After the identification and verification of hydrogeological parameters in the study area,a variety of precipitation and mining scenarios are set up in the study area,and the combinations are matched,and the study area is divided into control units according to administrative units to establish control.The relationship between the groundwater level in the unit and the amount of rainfall,and according to the current limit of the groundwater exploitation limit,the threshold value of groundwater control in each area is determined,and combined with the land subsidence SUB software package,according to the ground settlement speed of Datong City.The limit value derives the groundwater level limit to calculate the groundwater withdrawal limit for each zone.Through research,the main understanding is as follows:(1)Meteorological mining monitoring wells are sensitive to changes in rainfall.Although the runoff mining monitoring wells are related to interannual meteorology,there is a fluctuation,but the overall trend is still in a downward trend.The hydrological runoff mining type has obvious quarterly detection.Sexual change,the peak period and the trough period of groundwater level represent the peak and trough periods of total water balance in combination with mining and precipitation;(2)Through the analysis of groundwater flow field and related hydrogeological conditions,a three-dimensional groundwater flow model is established.After the identification period and verification period,multiple scenarios are analyzed in the study area to quantitatively analyze the corresponding groundwater level for groundwater exploitation and rainfall.The relationship,and then connected to the controlled water level of the ground subsidence,shows that the shallow groundwater controlled management water level threshold is 945?995m,and the deep groundwater controlled management water level threshold is 920?935m..
