Objective: Via studying the effects of 12 week exercise prescription on Qi deficiency quality of middle-aged and old people,we will explore the mechanism of exercise prescription on improving Qi deficiency quality of people at the age of middle and old.Improving the physical condition of middle-aged and old people with Qi deficiency,so that the physical condition of middle-aged and old people with Qi deficiency can be developed in an all-round way.At the same time, the medical orientation of "individualized treatment" will be advocated, from "disease" as the center to "human" as the center, from the previous focus on treatment to focus on prevention. Also,we'll inherit and carry forward the essence of Chinese traditional culture so that the public can have a deeper understanding of the sports prescription with traditional sports as the core, and make it carry out empirical research on the basis of theoretical research.Research methods: according to the purpose of this study,26 middle-aged and old people with Qi deficiency were recruited and selected from Haidian community of Beijing, and randomly divided into exercise prescription experimental group and walking control group. In the exercise prescription experimental group,13 middle-aged and old people with Qi deficiency were intervened with the exercise prescription with the traditional exercise mode as the core. The period of prescription intervention was12 weeks, and the frequency of intervention was 3 times a week. The specific time of intervention was 18:00-18:40 on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday,40 minutes in total.13 subjects in the control group used the exercise intervention method of walking, the cycle, frequency and intensity were the same as those in the exercise prescription experimental group. The body mass index(BMI),vital capacity, the integral of Qi deficiency and quality transformation, the integral of peace and quality transformation and the original integral of symptoms of each small item of qi deficiency and quality were measured and compared between the experimental group and the control group one week before and after the experiment.Results:(1)The results of vital capacity measurement showed that after 12 weeks of exercise, there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and the pre intervention group(P < 0.01).There was also a significant difference between the control group and the pre intervention group(P < 0.05).(3)The results showed that after 12 weeks of exercise, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the pre experiment group(P < 0.01),and between the control group and the pre experiment group(P < 0.01).(4)The results showed that after 12 weeks of exercise, there was a very significant difference(P < 0.01)between the experimental group and the pre experiment group, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the walking control group and the pre experiment group. The comparative analysis between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was a very significant difference(P < 0.01))(5)The results showed that after 12 weeks of exercise, there was a significant difference between the two original scores of the experimental group of the exercise prescription(P < 0.05),and the two before the experiment(P < 0.01)In the control group, there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: after 12 weeks of exercise prescription intervention, vital capacity, the integral of qi deficiency and quality transformation of traditional Chinese medicine body quality the integral of peace and quality transformation, the symptoms of each small item of qi deficiency and quality of middle-aged and old people have been obviously improved. The effect of 12 week walking intervention on middle-aged and old people with Qi deficiency is not obvious. It shows that the traditional exercise prescription is more efficient than walking intervention in improving the middle-aged and old people's Qi deficiency.
