| Precision measurement plays an important role in industry area,and with the improvement and development of technology,the level of precision measurement study is also improving.In displacement measurement area,laser triangulation displacement sensor is widely used because of its high measure precision,non-contact and anti-electromagnetic interference features.It has been many years since our team began do research on laser displacement sensor and now we have successfully developed a third generation prototype of integrated laser displacement sensor.But later in the testing process,we found that our sensor has functional problems and performance deficiencies.So in this paper,we will analysis the reason of problems and deficiencies and make corresponding optimization.The mean works focused on the following aspects.1.Sensor function improvement.Through FPGA program codification and modularization and optimization on human-computer interaction to make the sensor achieve in independent use and more suitable for industrial field.2.Sensor stability optimization.Optimize the process and data quantity of data stream transmission to make sure that there is no sample data wasted and let the sensor achieve in stable work.3.Sensor target adaptability optimization.Add CCD double-sample and laser rapid adjustment function make the amplitude of spot waveform remains stable when sensor make displacement measurement of different objects.At the same time,the method of object classifying and calibrating is proposed to further improvement of sensor target adaptability.4.Sensor filtering algorithm research and optimization.The Gaussian convolution filtering method is proposed and realized.The result of later experiment show that the standard deviation of spot location result reduced by about 50% with this filtering method.5.Sensor spot location algorithm optimization research.Based on the Gaussian function fitting location algorithm,the quadratic function fitting location algorithm is proposed.Then according the result of performance and speed test of gray centroid method and quadratic function fitting method,add algorithm switching function to make the sensor get the best performance.According to the test,after optimization,the sensor can work stably and reaches the optimization goal with a ±0.09%F.S nonlinearity and a ±0.015%F.S repeatability. |
