Organic phosphorus is one of the sources that can be utilized by algae in water, which has an important impact on the formation and occurrence of Eutrophication.Dinophyta is a common algae species, study on the effect of organic phosphorus on the growth and competition of Dinoflagellate that is to understand the mechanism of blooming and effective means of prevention and control of water bloom. Our research use biolog technology,Peridinium umbonatum var.inaequale are cultivated both in the mono-culture and mixed culture with organic phosphorus by means of different temperature.Using AMP,practical study was conducted on the field water samples.Exploring the effects on the succession of phytoplankton community structure The results showed thatIn the mono-cultures,for Peridinium umbonatum var.Inaequal, there are 8 kinds of organic phosphorus available at the two temperatures, including Tripoly-phosphate?Guanosine-3'-monophosphate?Adenosine-5'-monophosphate.While Scenedesmus bijuga has 8 kinds.Adenosine-5'-monophosphate?Thiophosphate?D-2-Phospho-Glyceric Acid are included. In the mixed cultures,Peridinium umbonatum var.Inaequal has 22 kinds of effective organic phosphorus at the two temperatures, such as Adenosine-3'-monophosphate?Adenosine-5'-monophosphate?Guanosine-5'-monophosphate and so on.Scenedesmus bijuga has 24 kind instead, which including Adenosine-5'-monophosphate??-Glycerol Phosphate?D-2-Phospho-Glyceric Acid On the competitive advantage,Peridinium umbonatum var.inaequale has 13 kinds of organic phosphorus that show a clear competitive advantage, mainly includes:Adenosine-2'-monophosphate?Dithiophosphate?Guanosine-3',5'-cyclic monophosphate. Two cultivation systems, the number of available organic phosphorus species at the temperature of 15? and 25? was higher in the mixed culture for both two algae Compared with 15?,the advantage of Peridinium umbonatum var.inaequale was more obvious at 25?.What's more, algae has selectivity for the utilization of organic phosphorus. In the two cultures,Peridinium umbonatum var.inaequale and Scenedesmus bijuga show a better utilization in nucleotide, phosphate and glucose than other organic phosphorus.Meanwhile, they also has a higher bioavailability to C-O-P bond than C-P bond. The utilization of phosphate monoester and phosphate diester is significant than phosphonateSelecting three reservoir's water samples(Xipi Reservoir Region,Shanmei Reservoir and Thirty-six foot Lake),then using adenosine triphosphate(ATP)for the laboratory simulation in 15? and 25?.Compared with inorganic phosphorus, the succession of community structure from Dinophyta(70.3%),Diatom(19.1%)and Chlorella(9.3%)to Dinophyta(81.8%)and Chlorella(16.7%)was investigated in the Xipi Reservoir Region. While in the Shanmei Reservoir, the succession of community structure from Dinophyta(59.2%),Diatom(31.3%),Chlorella(4.1%)to Dinophyta(55.2%)and Chlorella(33.5%).The types of community structure come into Dinophyta(73.2%)and Chlorella(24.3%)from Dinophyta(50.6%),Diatom(43.1%)and Chlorella(4.8%)in the Thirty-six foot Lake, for the results of 15? is the same as above. All these research explain that organic phosphorus can affect the phytoplankton community structure, which promote the community structure change into Chlorella and Dinophyta mostly.
